Favorite store! I could spend days in here. Every book displayed looks like a great read. The staff are very attentive, but not at all pushy. The employees at the coffee shop counter visiting were a bit loud, and distracting. I found it difficult to enjoy a private conversation at one of the tables with a colleague. The salesman in the music department was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Refreshing to work with someone who truly has a passion for the music and the knowledge to back it up. The vinyl collection has really grown, so much to Choose from. Great options. Definitely stays at the top of my list of favorites.

This particular Barnes & Nobles is real nice and clean. Well stocked with everything. The staff is awesome and is more than willing to help you find what your looking for. I went there this past weekend looking for some Bible covers. Unfortunately I could only find 1 that fit one of my Bibles and had to order the rest of them online. But there were many sizes and types of covers, only one for me though. I would come to this location again for sure. Very nice and large store.

What an amazing staff at this store! Theyre so friendly and always have tremendous book knowledge. The store is always spotless and so well-organized. Theyre always so helpful recommending titles for me to purchase and helping me with my Nook. The cafe is such a nice place to come to grab some Cheesecake Factory cheesecake and a Starbucks drink. Kudos to their staff!

The woman at the registerwas so chipper and sweet. I enjoy places like Barnes & Noble. It is rarely crowded, it is usually quiet, and the selection for what is sold is great. I love reading and finding a new book to read every month. This one had very clean restrooms and I was not continuously bothered by employees. Not much to say. Thia is Barnes and Noble!

This store is horrible. A cashier closed his counter and refused to sell a couple books to my niece because of the sports team logo on her jacket. When the store manager was approached, he said their was nothing wrong with what his employee did. Really, with everything going on in the world, a team logo can be grounds to refuse service.

Absolutely will never shop at this store again. I was bought a tablet for xmas and I already have a tablet. I go to return with a receipt and they will only give me a gift card for the store. I dont need anything from this store. The concept of customer service is dead. Dont shop here. Go somewhere else or shop amazon.

I had a chance to sit down for a few hours read a great book and enjoy a nice piece of Cheese Cake Factory, chocolate cheese cake and a cup of coffee. Great place to unwind in the peace and quiet and enjoy the atmosphere. I like sitting in the quiet and enjoying a good book and they provide the right atmosphere for just that.

I have visited this Barnes and Noble only twice, but each time I found the staff very helpful. Not only did this location have the small cafe, but it also has very helpful and very easy to find selections. What really caught my attention was the knowledgeable staff in the movie / music / DVD area.

Stopped in here to grab a couple books after meeting for lunch with my family. Staff was helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well stocked and organized. I would have stayed here all day if I could. Love that book store smell, way better than new car smell.

Im gay, and as you know, Gay teens love Criterion Collection. "Videodrome" was not there, and I am truly enthralled. I rawr XD the selection, but for real. Yall got The Boss Baby Funko Keychains, but NOT VIDEODROME????? I am completely outraged. -Jack Kelly XD

This is a very nice bookstore, and the best store so far at Centerra. Always clean, friendly, and good books. However, the WiFi is kinda slow, so do not expect to be wowed by that. Overall, I love this store, and I live close by, so I can come here :)
