I had the worst experience at this location, so I am surprised at all of the positive reviews. I had come in with my prescription to buy a pair of frames but when I walked in, I was not greeted at all. When the woman working behind the desk finally acknowledged me, she simply pointed to the wall and said the glasses are over there. When I began perusing the wall, I had a lot of questions about which frames my insurance would cover. However, the 3 staff members had congregated in the back and were having a private conversation loudly, and they were so engaged in the conversation, they completely ignored me, even when I tried to get their attention. I finally left since I was not able to get the help I needed.

This is by far the place best in Colorado to go to for a eye exam. The doctor I saw was very kind and knowledgable, the staff was amazing. Shawn who helped me pick out my glasses was great! He was very out going and made me feel very comfortable, made sure I was happy with the glasses I chose. If youre in the area, and looking for a new eye doctor I highly recommend this place, I went to the location off of east arapahoe road.

This place is great. Fastest and most accurate eye exam Ive ever had. I left with trial contacts that are the most comfortable Ive ever worn. Dr. Watters is really good at what he does. He was able to do the eye exam around my 3 month old baby on my lap. Then held her while I put in contacts. Nice selection of frames. Staff was sharp and knew the answers to all my questions. Ill be back next year.

Ive now had a bad experience and heard of a couple others as of recent. Take it from someone who has had a lifetime of eye exams, theyll take advantage of you and then try to apologize without attempting to get your business back. I would recommend finding a different location for your annual eye appointments.

The Doctor I visited, Dr.Hamilton, was very professional, and kind. The staff, Doctors, and Mr.Zarrin, the store manager, were all very kind, informational, and helpful in choosing the frames for my new pair of prescription glasses. I enjoyed the atmosphere Allen Zarrin created within the Pearle Vision offices.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! They went the extra mile to make sure that my glasses fit me the correct way. When I noticed that the lenses werent as strong as I needed, they changed them out free of charge. I would recommend stopping in if you need a new pair of glasses or need an eye exam!

Ive not seen the optometrist here, but I have purchased frames and lenses a couple of times. Even when the store is busy, someone will greet you and update you on when you will be helped. Once you are helped, the employees are professional and friendly. I will return again.
