I would give Vista Eye Care 10 stars if I could!! Dr. Brian Abert is my hero and in all truth saved my vision! Last year in October I ended up getting corneal abrasions in both my eyes which became infected causing chemical burns to my eyes..HANDS DOWN the scariest and most painful experience I have ever been through. After being released out of the emergency room at Denver Health with NO DIAGNOSIS, plan of care, follow-up or medication at 3:00 am... I then started losing my vision....TERRIFIED my sister helped me track down Dr. Abert online listed under "on call" emergencies. Dr. Abert not only was kind to a complete stranger at 4am on a Sunday but insisted that it would be no problem to meet at Vista Eye Care (at some god awful hour) to figure out what was happening to my eyes. I felt compelled to share my experience because I had such a POSITIVE one during the scariest moment of my life. He is knowledgable, professional, kind, honest and has a great sense of humor! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help heal my eyes and make sure that I had all of the information that I needed. I really felt like I was taken care of and in good hands! Also, knowing it was important to see how my eyes were progressing they worked with getting me in for check-ups quickly always working with my schedule. In all of my experiences with Vista Eye Care they have been honest, kind, helpful and really just wonderful people to work with. I live in Denver and I drive to Thornton 40 minutes away to GO TO THIS PLACE!! 10 STARS!!! :) If you value great service GO HERE!!

I recently met Dr. Abert for the first time because of an eye emergency on a Sunday My toddler poked me in the eye, and after the pain became increasingly worse, I searched for an eye doctor who offered Emergency Care. Within 30 minutes of calling Dr. Abert and explaining what happened, I was in his office being examined. It was amazing to meet a Doctor that cared so much about me. The way Dr. Abert and his office has treated me during my follow up care has been wonderful, and I will never go anywhere else in the future. It is great to know that such a great business, and such a caring Doctor is part of our community.

I am really impressed with Vista Eye Care. I went there last week for the first time. First, the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. Next, the doctor I saw was extremely knowledgeable and recognized immediately that my current prescription had been too strong for over a year. Finally, the staff helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I feel like I got genuine feedback from them as I was trying on frames. In all my years of wearing glasses, Ive never had such an experience. I am very anxious to get them in now. All in all, an A+ for this awesome place!

Most typical businesses have a good thing going, and decide to expand their footprint only to sacrifice customer service for higher volume. Brian and his team of professionals didnt get that memo. My family and I have been going to Vista for all of our eye care needs for 6 years and I have recommended several of my friends to try Vista for themselves. I have never had any issues, and I am treated with respect and professionalism every time I go. Please, dont go anywhere else until you give them a chance to earn your business. You wont be disappointed!

It was a wonderful experience working with Vista Eye Care. They took me right away - no waiting. They made me feel like my time was valuable. Their front end staff were all warm and welcoming - I dont see that very often. Dr. Abert was terrific. He also came in right away instead of making me wait as many doctors tend to do. He then proceeded with the exam - but explained everything in detail to me. He found a problem that no other doctor has found and offered me wonderful advice. I am so pleased! I would recommend highly! So glad I found them.

My children Always look forward to coming to vista eye care. My family is blessed enough to have help from the state in paying for eye exams and glasses.I never feel ashamed when coming here, we are always welcome with open arms. We feel very much at home here. Whenever the kids have problems with their glasses; I can just give you guys a call and your very efficient in handling our needs. Great Technology and Optometrists! Impressive. I echo a similar thought to that of another reviewer- that Dr. Aberts patient care is superior in both personal concern and obvious love of what he does as a professional. I would without hesitation recommend this practice to anyone. They raise the bar from "good" customer service to what is rarely seen: GREAT customer service with anticipation of your needs and going above and beyond with their thoughtfulness (without it being contrived in any way.)

Its about experience and good service and that is exactly what I got at Vista Eye Care. The service was genuine, they took time out to focus on me and my vision needs. The treatment, education and 1 on 1 attention of I got at Vista Eye was amazing. I went in to get a general eye exam and left with a smile and a better sense & understanding of my vision needs. I have never been so impressed by a facility. First and foremost Tara Hernandez who works for the company has gone out of her way to make sure my daughter had glasses ONE day before we left on our vacation. My daughter had her glasses broken at school and I thought for sure we would have no options. Tara made it her personal task to make sure we did. She went above and beyond and I appreciated it more than she knew! Best place to go hands down!!

I was in the Thornton Colorado area visiting family over the holidays, and the dry air was really affecting my eyes. I called Vista Eye Care to schedule a visit on Saturday, and Dr. Abert gave me a full evaluation. The office was very nice, had all of the best equipment, and the staff made me feel right at home. Long story short, if youre in the area and need an optometrist, Dr. Aberts office (Vista Eye Care) is the best.

Weve been going here for about 8 years now. Ive seen Dr Abert & Dr Vanray most recently have had everything explained very well during the appointment. They have been very good about utilizing our full vision benefits for contact lenses. My 7 year old daughter enjoyed her most recent visit and our technician Bria was awesome and Im pretty sure it was because of her that my daughters appointment went so smoothly.

Dr. Pedroza was very friendly and knowledgeable, and provided what I felt to be a thorough, yet easy exam. The staff was very helpful as well, and I was able to get a very nice pair of prescription sunglasses, just in time for the summer! I plan on coming here again for my eyecare, and will recommend it to my family members too since both of the doctors here have experience treating eye diseases.
