I will never shop any where else. Ive been coming here for a little over a year. They have amazing prices on food. I buy a 30lb bag every other week. They have what my dog eats for $15 less per bag than petco. Same flavor, size, etc. When they dont have something in stock (like Patriots collars) they will order it for you & youll have it within a few days. They help you carry your stuff to your car, and could answer confidently any question I can think of. They are very knowledgeable about the products and brands that they sell. My dogs are picky & wont eat the same flavor 2x in a row & they are able to tell me which kind I bought last, or over any period of time actually. They also offer free same day delivery and scheduled delivery too if your like me & forget to buy your dogs food til you go to feed them & its gone. Its seriously amazing! I love this place. Support small business & not big box stores!

If you want to buy local and support a good cause check these guys out! Outstanding customer service and great prices, and proceeds all go fight canine cancer! How could you not support a local business like this? Not to mention their free delivery is really awesome, seriously called them at 6:00pm tonight and they had it delivered in about 30 minutes. Good to see a local business like this in my neighborhood. seriously...you need to check them out. YES YOU!

The customer service is amazing he helped me with any questions I had. Even offered to oder something for me since they didnt have it. Vary wide variety of dog food and he was vary nice to my dog. It sucks Im only putting 3 starts because the place was cluttered. Toys were all over the place and on the ground, even some of them were dirty. Multiple items on shelves were out of place and not price marked.

We have three dogs and three cats and were very particular about what we feed them. The dogs eat Earthborn Holistic, but our cats eat a fish or meat and fat diet only. No grains or veggies. There are only a few brands that are like that and My Buddy & Me carries them all! In addition they offered to get any other brand in we might want. To top it all, youre spent money goes to a great cause! Love it!

They are the best. Great prices and helpful. They have better prices and give better service than the other Pet stores in the area. Brian remembered our names from the first visit and asks about our doggies when we dont bring them in. I would drive across town to shop there. A couple times they have placed small gift bags on our porch.

The treatment and the friendly person inside was the ultimate, plus the assistance that I got was also the ultimate I ever dealt with, I have rented a U-Haul truck from this office, all the rules were explained to me with no hidden agenda or cost, I will always refer this office to be dealt with to all friends and family members.

Outstanding customer service! Really above and beyond. Great selection of high quality pet supplies. Looking for something that dont have on hand? Not only will get get it in stock for you but they offer delivery service. As if thats not more than enough, proceeds go to help fight K9 cancer. This place rocks!
