Had difficulty returning a product here, since I lost the credit card that the product was purchased with. The management only gave me my money back after I threatened to call corporate about their "no hassle" return policy. I explained that store credit was a "hassle", and I was only returning one of several products I purchased on the receipt. Petco might be just as bad, I dont know. I DO know that it shouldnt have required two trips, an email, and a phone call to get a refund for a product I purchased a week ago with receipt in hand. I wouldve given one star, but I did eventually get my refund. Store does have a nice selection though, and competitive prices to petco one exit up the road.

I went here today me and my kids got 350 worth of cat stiff as we go every 2 weeks and spend that amount. Was treated and talked to like crap from the manager uriel. Very disrespectful and rode guy. The staff were all great. So sorry they have a boss like him. He dosent deserve to b a manager. I always get 20 percent discount at all other petsmart stores he wouldnt even accept my coupon for things I bought. Let me say this. Yall just lost a lot of money from us. And our business. I will let everyone I know to NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION. TO shop at other locations. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER..

There is never anyone on staff when I come. No one could assist me at the fish section after having someone paged 2 times so I abandoned that purchase. Then I went to get multiple bags of dog food not only to wait at the register with other people for no one to come check us out. I just put everything down and walked out. Their lack of employees is frustrating and cost them a $200.00 sale.

They have what I need, most of the time. But I will never give Petsmart a 5 star rating because of their habitats for small, live animals. Rabbits and rats dont belong in aquariums! Also, I know that the winter visitors have gone home for the summer, but is it really necessary to only have one employee staffed on register? She was sneezing all over the place and there was no escape!

If I could give a 0 rate I would... Nice staff but day Manager is NOT nice. Hes rude, very disrespectful. We usually go to another location but wanted to try this one only because we were in the area...BIGGG mistake. We purchased over $350 worth of cat items (cart full)...will NEVER return. STORE - is always clean and quiet for the most part.. STAFF - seems like its always a hit or miss on the ones who care and the ones who dont.. SELECTION - Mass amounts of products.. PRICING - ALWAYS GOING UP... Makes me so angry.. OVERALL - Some days are better then others.. Never the same..

Clean store and not as smelly as some of the other pet stores around town. Parking is a breeze here with a huge parking lot and no stores too close to here. Friendly employees and fast checkout. Good variety of pet food/toys and pets in cages that look fairly well taken care of.

The employees make this store great! Teresa in Pet Care is a wonderful asset to this site with her knowledge and compassion towards animals. Jenny, the dog trainer, is one of the nicest people I have meet. And she has a kind and gentle way with the animals!

Very clean . Lots of room helpful staff. We checked out the training room. The dogs would be safe there while working and it was nice and large. Large grooming facility also and not super busy even on a Friday! We will come back again .
