We do almost all of our pet shopping here. They carry the normal assortment of brands for dog and cat food/toys/treats. Everything is reasonably priced and in line with every other pet store. The only issue is when it comes time to check out and pay. Sometimes theres only one cashier and they might be on the sales floor. So you get to stare at (and get stared at by) the pet groomers. Ive found if you yell something funny, they come and take care of you.

staff not friendly at all. I was looking for a specific dog food (Canidae) that my wife asked me to get, I walked the aisles, but couldnt find it and I asked a couple of employees and they just pointed and told me "its in the back of the store". I was able to find it, but Im not shopping there any time soon. Poor customer service.

Good pet supply store and very easy to park nearby. Prices are reasonable and they usually mail you coupons for 10% off when you join their Pals loyalty program. Pets on display seem to be taken care of and cages and aquariums look clean. There is the occasional escapee cricket chirping around the place.

Not often do i shop at petco anymore.. but stopped in today and thats where i went wrong. The store looked like a HOT MESS!! Shevles are a complete mess product on the floor.. The small animal were completely dirty.. the staff was not very friendly except one.. Most likley will not be back.

Have bought supplies ranging from dog accessories to live snake food (back when they allowed it) and have never had a problem here. The associates will gladly educate on any pet as they have a specialist for every habitat. Wait time is practically non-existent here.

The staff here is so accommodating. They know their stuff, and if they cant answer a question, they have no problem researching the answer for you. I only wish they carried my cat food so I didnt have to drive to Surprise to get it.
