We just want to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to Sammi who went beyond the call of duty for my Husband and I ! We have been traveling and just recently had to get a different dog food up in Eureka , California for our sweet girl Cocoa Puff . We could not remember the name of it , so after we walked around looking to no avail ; she called the corporate office .That didnt work, corporate had no record ; so she ended up calling the Eureka store and they looked up the transaction. Score ! I think we were in the store with Sammi assisting us a whole hour ! Give this girl a raise ! Next time we need to trust our Instincts ! Lol

Tried to return a aquarium pump and refused to allow a return. I paid cash. One excuse after another. I called petco corporate and got someone in the phillipines. I couldnt understand half the issues and proceeded to give me more run arounds. Its an 80 dollar pump. At this point, Id rather lose 80 bucks just so everybody else is aware of the trickery and scams this store does. Ive spent so much money there in the past year from food to supplies to training. Never again! I will make it a point shop at their competitors and advise everybody to do the same!

Boycott animal traders. Ferrets should not be sold anywhere in the world. People are far to ignorant and far to busy for a pet with such high needs! And manufacturers of the ferret safe vaccine ferrovac no longer supply the public! Now you have to give dangerous vaccines! These stores receive 6-8 ferrets every month! Those that do not sell are killed. Those that do sell are caged and treated like rodents by the ignorant populace. Total upkeep for the average responsible ferret owner is $10,000 per life.

Super friendly and knowledgeable managers. Very helpful. This is my preferred store. The new staff seem nice and a bit overwhelmed, but they are learning the ropes. No problems, thank goodness the manager took over and was super helpful. Any new job takes awhile to learn. So super positive experience every time I visit. My favorite store. P.S. Get this store more shopping carts please. Employees are super, super friendly and helpful. 5 Stars.

I am becoming a bit of a regular at this location. The reason is the customer service. Tonight, Beverly was working her tail off but still made time to test my tank water for me. And all with a smile on her face. I wasnt having a great day, but because of Beverly, my run out to Petco turned my mood around! Thanks for the quality service!

This location has great staff and the store is kept very clean. They have a great selection of fresh water fish and very knowledgeable employees in that department. This location will meet almost any of your pet needs; from dogs, to birds, to fish, and much more.

What a wonderful Petco! Recently got a puppy and the staff here was so friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a huge coupon booklet and helped me find the right size harness for my pup.

Petco nail clippers broke after 1 use .... they will not exchange. petco brand. Will be spending my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service.
