On two recent, but separate purchases that I made from at your service pet supplies I have been double charged. The first time the clerk told my wife the system had timed out and to swipe the debit card again. We did and before leaving I noticed two pending transactions to my account. It was brought to their attention and they did refund my money after a couple days. The second time occurred just the other day. I swiped my card at checkout and the clerk told me the system timed out. She told me to swipe again. This time I did not swipe my card, but instead showed her my account with the pending transaction for 49 dollars. Her resolution to the problem was for me to either swipe the card again, or not swipe the card and go home without the dog food. I left with no dog food and out 49 dollars. Went directly to my bank and disputed the charge. Its a shame because I like to patronize local businesses. Bring cash if you like this pet store.

I took my 2 year old german shepherd, Ranger, there for his first time being groomed. Sheila(not sure if thats spelt correct) had a great and easy going personality that made Ranger feel much more comfortable than I expected from the moment he walked in. She even accommodated his not-so-dog-friendly temperament by keeping him away from other dogs but still comfortable. As for the results, AMAZING. I can already notice a significant difference from the deshedding treatment. Plus, she even trimmed his hair in places she felt he needed it. Such a wonderful and stress free experience for both me and my dog. Highly recommended. I have also been a regular shopping customer at this store. Great prices and great products!

I stopped by just to check out hay prices, and got a great experience instead! There are birds and lizards around, some of the birds sitting around the store outside of their cage! Its refreshing to see a pet store with animals that arent just confined to their cages. The staff just seemed like normal people, and it was obvious that they care about the animals there and the customers that come in. Many of the items seemed a little pricey, but the experience and variety was worth it. Would definitely recommend, and I plan to come here as often as possible when I need pet supplies. Check it out!

I come here once a month to buy our dog food. We have a terribly allergic dog who cannot eat gluten, chicken, turkey, fish, or eggs. So we get his food here and they have quite a bit of selection for him. The staff keeps a record of how many bags of food I buy so I get a free one about once a year. Its a promotion thats run in conjunction with the manufacturer of the food we buy. Because their inventory is consistent and the service is good, this is my regular pet supple store.

Decided to try out the grooming services for my Maltese mix and Kay was wonderful! They dont kennel the dogs so when I picked him up he was happily hanging out in the grooming salon as she continued to groom another dog. It was such a stress free experience for me and my dog. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great experience all around. Very comparable to big box pet stores with friendlier and more knowledgeable staff. Will be back.

Best pet supply retailer in Las Vegas! Wonderful customer service, and extremely friendly staff, plus these guys carry all of the quality pet brands I shop for. I used to be a chewy.cpm person, but not after i found these guys. They even went above and beyond to honor some of my chewy purchases for their customer rewards!! Put family loves this place <3

I came here looking to get some cat toys and ask about anywhere local to adopt a puppy. They were very helpful. The staff was very knowledgable about puppy breeds, cat toys, local adoption options, food, and petwear. Made our search for a new puppy much better. The prices and treat quality were also very reasonable.

I have a houseful of picky eaters!! The staff here were very helpful in helping me pick out some food that appeal to my picky pooches. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and oooooh the selection!! Everything from dog kibble, wet dog food, RAW food, and more. Plus toys and fresh baked treats!! Be sure and stop by!

Not that much to pick from at this local pet supply store. They dont sell animals here. I have paid for dog food here but it was a few dollars more than other stores I have visited.
