My brother just got back from purchasing crickets at Rockstar pets and his feedback really irritated me. He reported that while waiting at the back desk he was completely ignored. It got to the point where he had to ask several different people, several times to get him the crickets...for the spiders he purchased at THEIR store ( upwards of 300 dollars worth, minus large enclosures also purchased at THEIR store). Once the crickets were put in the bag ready for transfer, the bag was THROWN at him as if they were saying "Get out of our store". Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE. Needless to say, theyve lost all of my friends and familys business. They should be ashamed.

Staff doesnt know anything about fish. They had green sevrum and tried to tell me that it was a parrot - jack Dempsey hybrid... Yesterday went for bloodworms, which they never have, employee said brine shrimp and mysis shrimp are the same thing! Uneducated staff and Roger (owner) is never around it seems like anymore. basically high school kids trying to be salesman with no knowledge or incorrect knowledge. Drive into salt lake if your looking for anything aquarium related

Horrible customer service. The employees are all extremely rude and disrespectful. You can wait up to and hour and a half to be helped. It doesnt matter what youre buying the wait is horrendous. The store is always dirty and so are the employees. The hygiene of the staff is disgusting. They will not be getting any service from me or family and friends ever again.

Good place, fun nice people. Know their stuff about pets, exotics etc. Always treated great there even though my wife and i are total noobs when it comes to our pet snake TIGER! Love to see Kitty, and where else can you go that they have a giant turtle that roams around the store!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The prices are great. Roadblock makes every visit even better, I love that cutie. This is the best place to get pet food, they help you find foods that are good for your pets health. I know I would never get dog food anywhere else.

This place is very expensive and the young people that work here are always here and gone. Its hard to get intelligent employees to ask questions about your pets to. Its always stinks and its dirty. They do have cool reptiles, but the prices are definitely high.

I shop here quite frequently. I love that there is a local quick stop for crickets and reptile supplies. I wish they knew more about the history of the animals and reptiles you adopt.
