This is my go to spot to send a fax or ship a package. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Ive been in when Im the only customer and Ive been in when its very crowded and the staff always treats me with kindness and takes the time to help me box and ship items. I cant imagine anyone here being rude. Ive seen some rude customers and they always handle them with a very professional attitude.

Rob the manager is an abuser towards woman. He threw a box in a womans face. I was in previously and thought I would give this place another shot, but then I saw that. He was rude to me in the past, as well. It is sad that a place like this can stay in business, when Im all for supporting small business. Needs to be brought to everyones attention. This is a very unprofessional establishment.

Every time Ive been in this store the owner has a bad attitude. If you need a small piece of tape for a package, he charges you or suggests that you buy a new roll. His trick is that he has a $5 minimum charge. Its a good thing he doesnt sell soft drinks. He would probably charge extra for the straw and ice. I live less than a mile away and will drive out of my way to avoid him.

If I could give a 1/2 a star I would. All employees and the owner himself are very rude. They need to have their scale calibrated... every package weighs more on their scale than any place else. I dont know how they have stayed in business this long with this type of customer service. I will go out of my way not to use them ever again.

I have used this PostNet multiple times to ship cross country. Rob, the owner, is fantastic to work with and goes above and beyond in customer care. I shipped a family heirloom chandelier. It was porcelain and very fragile. Rob was extremely careful and it arrived in Michigan in perfect condition. Thank you Rob!!

RUDE employee! Says they cant ship a USPS box with a UPS label. I called UPS and they dont care what box its in. Stay away!
