I came here to ship a package and had to wait awhile (thats fine I understand waiting) I was up next and a lady proceeded to ask everyone in line, but me if they were doing ground or express. After getting through the entire line she finally comes to me and asks me which one (I think it makes more sense to start with the first person, not initially ignore them) I replied with I dont know, whichever one is my cheapest shipping option since I dont ship through fedex often. She doesnt say anything and walks away. No help, no suggestion, no form. When I finally get up to the front after waiting 20 mins, I ask the girl what my cheapest options were and then she hands me a ground shipping form, tells me to fill it out and get back in line again (which was still really long). I almost said im not doing that, because I was appalled at how long I waited and then the lack of help I received. In the minute it would have taken me to fill out the slip, she could have put in the information needed and sent me on my way instead of sending to go stand in a line again for another 20 mins. I was a quite frustrated with customer service. I walked out instead. Not to mention the last time I went in to ship I wasnt required to fill out a form and it took the guy 4 tries at least to get the addresses right. I was patient with that guy, but with the girl... thats just disrespectful to send someone to the back of a line theyve waited so long in already.

BRAIN DEAD STAFF! I ordered a lamp from UK that required a form I fill out by Fedex corporate. I needed the local office to print out the form, I could sign it then they would fax it to corporate...SHOULD BE EASY. I call the office, explained everything clearly and sent an email to the address they gave me. I get to the office, the girl forgot out conversation and what she was supposed to do, gave me the wrong email and made me wait 1/2 hour while they tried to figure things out (of course serving other customers first). I had to even look up THEIR forms. I filled out the form they gave me a fax confirmation and left. Next day I get a call from fedex corporate saying they still had not gotten the form and they needed it TODAY or they would send my package back. I called the local office AGAIN and the girl that had messed everything up was out and had lost all the paperwork too. Of course they left me on HOLD for 20 minutes while they figure things out. I called bake again and ask for a manager to call me...once he heard corpaorate was involved he got on it and made things happen in the next few hours...IT WAS ONLY SENDING A FAX!!! Either these guys dont care or they cant do their jobs!

INCREDIBLY RUDE. DELIBERATELY SLOW. I used to go in there fairly frequently to print. Sometimes they would take care of me right away, sometimes the line would be long... but I was never in a hurry and was patient. Then Saturday morning I emailed a print job early for a big event I was having that evening. When I went in that afternoon I was pressed for time - I was the host for the event and needed it done fast. The man who worked with my materials was LOUDLY INSULTING to me, the customer. For the first time after giving them my business over the years, I was truly in an unexpected rush. I had to leave and send a volunteer to get them. Even he had to wait. This was for an order of 8 spiral bound booklets of 20 pages each. How hard should that be? The day before another woman had taken care of me in 15 minutes, no problem. This time, when I was in a legitimate hurry and had sent the materials in that morning, I was treated POORLY and made to wait. It took them over an hour and a half to print and bind them. The worst part was the mans attitude while I panicked. There are other print shops in town where I will shift my business due to that mans quality of service.

I asked the people at this store to pack up some items and give me a quote on what shipping might cost. I initially wasnt going to even leave any credit card info, as they said it wasnt necessary until I approved of the quote. Then they said, `oh, just give us your info so you dont have to do it over the phone, we wont charge you until you approve of the shipping estimate. I said `sounds great, and gave them my credit card information. Next thing I see is a charge on my card for over $300, and a one sentence email letting me know my packages were shipped. I called, and while they admitted it was wrong to charge my card without my authorization (illegal?), and I was due at least a partial refund, they have dodged my calls and sent me to several different departments to acquire my refund. The last thing they said was `well have to do some research, which may take 6-8 weeks. Forget this place, Ill find another way to ship my packages. What a horrible experience.

Best One In Boulder!!! - I was here Wednesday to make (6) 16x16 prints and was helped by John in the sweater vest. I had just gone to the location on Baseline and was so unimpressed with the customer service and lack of care that we left midtransaction (at Baseline). John took great care of us - the prints came out amazing and we didnt have to wait long (the other store said that it would take days). Not only was John was friendly, but they had a meeting happening at their store that night so it was full of employees and so many of them said "hello" or asked if we had been helped. I will definitely be back here - even though its 10 minutes further than Baseline - I will drive to continue to receive this service. Thanks everyone!!!

I have shipped from this location 5-6 times and twice they screwed it up. The first time I think they used autocomplete to put someone elses address in the to field when they typed in my hand written form. The second time I got a fexex account and printed my own label, but they somehow didnt get it on the truck. I was there 10 mintues before the cutoff and specifically asked "this can still go out today correct?" and they said yes. Normally I go to the fedex center on central avenue in Boulder. Those folks just ship packages and seem to know what they are doing.

Ive only had great experiences at this location. I complete my order online and upload my files, and go to the store to pick up the printed finished product. Theyre open 24 hours, the turnaround is super fast, and the staff is always very helpful. The first time I used their services, I went in and had them walk me through the process to make sure it was done correctly. They were very helpful in giving me instructions on how to do it online in the future, and now I can send my print jobs in with the click of a button once a month. Fantastic!
