I have worked with the Glendale Center Alpha Graphics for over six years now. My company creates, publishes, and sells Spanish curriculum materials. Alpha Graphics has consistently produced a high quality printed and spiral-bound curriculum product for us as well as numerous flyers and posters. I have primarily worked with manager Tami Gotham, and her customer service (the whole offices for that matter) has been outstanding. Through all processes—proofing, printing, and billing—I always feel taken care of, and I always receive timely responses to my needs. I would highly recommend this Alpha Graphics office to others.

We used Alpha this past week for multiple items. There was a problem with their machine and we didnt think they would have it done before the weekend. They fixed the problem, and one of the guys even stayed late on Friday night, before Memorial Day weekend so we could get the signs we needed. Problems happen; its how people take care of them that defines them. They very easily could have told us to wait until Tuesday, but they didnt. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you guys for working so hard and doing the right thing! We appreciate it!

The Alphagraphics team goes out of their way to deliver consistent, reliable service. They alert us to errors weve missed, they correct poor graphic quality, they help us troubleshoot and work with us on tight deadlines. The Homestead in the Willows HOA has used AG for all its printing needs for over 10 years. This is a great team and we love working with them.

Wow. These guys are on top of it. Print quality is high, they are great with customers, very professional. Ive worked with many print shops which I say usually have about a 50% error rate. Not with them - so far, Ive done half a dozen jobs (not just here but around the US) and 0 errors. Art Jeff and Kirk are great
