Terrible customer service experiences more than once. This time the "boss"--when I told the woman who "helped" me Id be calling to speak with her employer she informed me she was the boss--explained how it was OK that her employee had failed to print out what Id asked as we agreed over the telephone. So I stood and waited ten minutes while she messed up printing off a simple job, a mistake that wasted about 100 pages of paper. So I had her reprint it, and it worked this time. Then we got around to copying what I needed copied. And how much did I pay for all this great customer service? More than it costs to print things at the library across the street.
