Ordered three coil bound books, but binding was not as described when item was picked up. Person at the store said my sales associate was on vacation, and that he could do nothing to fix the situation until she returned. This seemed ridiculous, but I needed the books for a deadline, so we agreed that the deposit would be kept, but that I would not be charged until we resolved the issue. I was then charged two days later, and the sales associate I bought from did not return multiple calls over the next two weeks. This place may get things done quickly, but their customer service and quality of product are unacceptable. Update: I was contacted by their management after posting this review, and offered a $35 refund. I was quoted nearly $80 cheaper than this refunded rate from Sir Speedy for this type of plastic coil binding.

I went in for a quote for business cards. The person who helped me at the front desk was helpful. He told me that he was a bit busy and made me fill out a paper regarding the business cards (quantity etc.). He also told me he would email me with the quotes the next day at 10am. I waited and waited and never got an email so I called. He was very apologetic and said he was busy. So he told me he would send me the quote via email in about an hour. Needless to say, I never got the quote. I went to check a few other places near Arvada and gave me the quote almost instantly. Very disappointed with this company because a good friend of mine said they do a good job.

Im only giving the company one star because I am not able to give them zero stars. Absolutely one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. I would not recommend them to anyone, in fact, just the opposite. I didnt even get a courtesy call from the Marketing and Sales manager until I refused to pay the release fee for our design files (that were originally created by our designers, keep in mind). Even after this and after expressing how terrible the experience had been, I had to reach out to them to get the time of day from the manager. I will never use this or any other AlphaGraphics again. Buyer beware.

The attorney at our firm was a speaker for NCEO conference in Denver, CO. We had to use our own materials to pass around the room. We realized that it would be cost effective to have a local printing company accomplish that task and were given the number for AlphaGraphics. Jasmine was very nice and helpful in getting my information down and providing e-mail to send all the necessary materials. They were quick, even though under extreme time pressure, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this firm for any future printing needs.

We had a rush printing/binding job that needed to be done in 20 minutes and once I made the call to AlphaGraphics in the Downtown shop I was very impressed as to the honesty as to if they could do this or not. After a couple of emails back and forth and then sending over the PDF that needed to be bound and color copied, I was told that yes, that they could do this. I cant tell you how appreciative I was to get this back so fast and in TIME for the meeting.. Thank you for your great service!!!

Everything promised above our expectations. Emily is a marvelous talent and super accommodating in meeting our usually rushed jobs. Only one complaint was our flag order that missed deadline, that that was not AGs or Emilys fault whatsoever. She even went the extra mile to have our banner direct couriered from the vendor to our shop. Thats customer service!

We called AlphaGraphics from Copenhagen, Denmark, as we needed colour folders printed and delivered to a conference address before we arrived. Despite a 7-hour time difference, AG were helpful and delivered a perfect result on time. Definitely will use them again.
