I went to Industry for an odd job for the company I work for. We needed 200 burlap pre-sewn bags screen printed on top of pockets with lining. A few shops turned the job down but Industry Print Shop did not have any doubts and reassured me feasibility and quality. They showed me the type of equipment they would use to make it work, and we worked out the exact logo size appropriate with the equipment. They were very professional and receptive to all of my needs and concerns. They also did two screen checks with me to make sure quality was perfect, which it was. I could not have asked for better quality and customer service. I would return to Industry Print Shop in a heart beat for any future print jobs I need done! I worked primarily with John H and he was great!

I havent had a single print shop in Austin work as hard for/with me as Industry Print Shop has. Its been that way from the very beginning. I had a project and called/emailed several printshops...Industry was not only one of 4 to actually respond out of like 10, but they were the first shop to respond and ONLY to do so within 24hrs. Pricing is the best in the area and quality is not sacrificed. I always go to Industry. Im not a HUGE client, but they dont treat me like Im not. They get my orders done, communicate, and present all of my orders with speed and priority. My favorite shop.

Excellent quality and price. Like Anita, I also contacted many screen print shops around Austin and found the best price with Industry. Tony is easy to talk to and offers flexible service. When I found out I needed the shirts a week earlier than expected, Tony reassured me it would not be a problem and was able to print the shirts even earlier than the new deadline. The shirts look awesome and the quality of work is top notch! I recommend Industry to everyone!

I contacted many screen print shops throughout Austin, and Industry was the only one that had the most reasonable price. I talked to Tony throughout the entire process, and he was always available to talk to me about pricing, the brand of clothing, etc. The turnaround was EXTREMELY fast! I ordered them on Monday, and he got them to me by Friday because we had to leave that weekend. Next time I am definitely referring Industry to many other organizations.

After contacting them through Crigslist I got immediate response from Tony. I was very impressed with their timely service and reasonable pricing since I had needed an order within the week. After communicating back and forth we had our order right on time and our shirts looked awesome! I will definitely be making more orders with them!
