Ive never been so disgusted with a business, this shop has the worst customer service. I sent in a file of an illustration I spent weeks on for a client who requested specific colors. For some reason when I went in to pick up the shirt the purple in the image had been completely changed to blue. I was confused as to why this was and was politely asking questions to get some sort of answer, right away I was shut down for even questioning it and was told to just accept it. The employee balled up the shirt in my face and threw it in the trash, saying he didnt have to do business with me. I was completely taken aback by how aggressive the employee was, rude and offering no help or solutions. He said the only people who would differentiate the colors were purple nazis. I needed the shirt for my client and asked him to get it out so I could take a picture to send. He was arguing the color was only off by a bit, but immediately after holding up the shirt to the original file admitted that it was royal blue. Not purple. But was still being completely aggressive and non helpful. Ill never go back to a place that has no business being a business.

I stumbled on Proper when I became a teacher and for the last couple of years I have gone to them for my student council shirts, school logo shirts and for my campaign needs. They have not only done exceptional work but they always take the time to work with me on various aspects (color scheme, different ideas, shirt quality, etc) to make sure I am happy with the final product. Even if I am in a tight time crunch they will do everything in their power to get everything done in a timely manner. They have an amazing eye for design and are very creative, even their studios vibe is super inviting and warm! They always go out of their way to make sure that the end product is one that is in my best interest, in regards to quality and comfort! Honestly, I wouldnt recommend anyone else for design in general!

The guys are Proper Print Shop are awesome!!! Our church had worked with Proper on a print job years ago and they did a fantastic job so when we decided to have t-shirts made, we knew exactly who to contact. This time I had the pleasure of working with Alan. When we initially started I was told the turnaround time would be 1-2 weeks, but when we finalized the design, the guys at Proper had our shirts ready by the next day and the shirts looked great! We will definitely be using them for future projects!

Alan and JJ are not only the coolest cats in town but are also active in giving back to the community through awesome events like Art en Vivo. It would be an understatement to say that Proper was just a Printshop. First off, their work is top quality and they take great pride in doing things well. Second, they are huge supporters of local artists and creative endeavors, helping artists get their work out there and helping the El Paso community get to know amazing artists among us.

Incredible, amazing, exemplary, beautiful, lovely, elegant, fine; magnificent, superb, excellent, wonderful, ornate, well crafted, well made, perfect people, and the service was good too. I came with them, spoke about my T-shirt emergency and they delivered in a opportune, well timed, convenient, appropriate, expedient, seasonable, felicitous fashion. I really recommend Proper Printshop. They also use the best quality materials, give the 2 atta boys!

Ordered just 1 shirt on Monday afternoon & it was ready by Wednesday afternoon. They did a GREAT job on the t-shirt with only a picture on my phone, that I emailed to them! Highly recommend them for single shirts, needed on a moments notice, or otherwise of course. The employees ( I specifically dealt with Alan) was very nice & kept me posted with pictures of what the shirt will look like, when completed :)

This is the best place to get your t-shirt and screen poster printing done. They are friendly and only put out quality stuff every year for bike month the shirts rock and come out clean and last. Every friend that has a shirt or poster done here is sharp and eye catching. Will definitely have them do the shirts for my wifes spa.

Alan and JJ are the raddest dudes around. They were able to print t-shirts for my brothers birthday party last minute. The design was of Bowser from Super Mario Bros 2 in sunglasses, riding a surfboard, playing a double neck guitar, in front of a pot leaf, on top of a cross, with the message "Lets Party!".

The owner was rude to me and my family. The whole transaction was extremely uncomfortable because he refused to help because my cousin with DOWN SYNDROME was with us. He refused to be civilized and kind because my disabled cousin was with us. Terrible experience and terrible company.
