Dont even think about using their Lapnet service. IT NEVER WORKS and the people behind the counter could care less. This is the kind of place where there are 5 people behind the counter doing who knows what, while a line of 10 people waits for help from ONE person. Customer service IS NOT their priority. Keep that in mind. What should be a 5 minute stop will end up 30+ minutes if you dont walk out in frustration first.

If I could do negative stars I would . Was there today to return an item that was shipped to me by their service , was told item could not ship due to insufficient padding in box ? Wtf it showed up at my house by them that way ! What a joke , either the idiot at the counter was wrong or the company is wrong . Pick one

This was a very simple visit however there were issues with their computers failing to print. After speaking to Tina, the Assistant Manager, she assisted us and took care of the issue. Definitely an easy place to print and copy documents.

So I went in today and Tammy was so nice! She helped me out and spelled out all the options I asked about. She was so friendly! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and spent a lot less than I thought I would. Thank you Tammy!

Very poor customer service. I did not receive notification for several shipments and they were all returned. This is the most basic function of an office center. This location has lost all of my office and shipping business.

Hope you do not get Eva - she has horrible customer service - must be new or not even care. Normally I do not have any problems there. The night crew are a lot more helpful!

Ripoff - insisted on me paying 15.99 to "repackage" my shipment that the actual fed-ex shipping center near belleview and santafe accepted and confirmed no issues.
