Went in for film and found out it was $20 per roll of color 35mm 36 exposure. First, I was told that it was expensive because it is hard to make and that is what Fuji charges. Second, a quick web check and the film is found to be selling for $10 at B&H. If Fuji charged enough that the film would be $20 a roll, B&H would be selling it for that. For $20 a roll, processing should be included. What I saw was a very nice store, but selling a product I know I can get got 1/2 of the asking price at another photographic supply store at home, which is not that much bigger than F11. Would rather be told the truth about their mark-up than been given a song and dance that does not ring true. Been shooting film for too long for that story.

20$ to develop and scan a c-41 roll of film...?? Thats $5 to develop, $10 to scan and $5 for the CD. every camera shop i go to lets me use my SD card to put the images on and avoid the price of a CD. f-11 still charges you 5$ even if you give them an SD card, $10 to scan a roll of film! i really wish camera shops these days encouraged the use of film by charging fair prices to scan and develop film, not f-11. ive never paid more then $5 to develop and scan a roll of film. it sucks theyre the only real photo lab in town because id love to take my business somewhere else.

I have had multiple great experiences with F-11. The staff is not only very friendly, but also knowledgeable in many different facets of photography and technology in general. When I went in seeking assistance for my laptop, the young lady who helped me was Apple Certified and made me feel very confident that my technology issues were going to be fixed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to get photos developed, or supplies for their gear.

I thought F/11 would have better service than the Mac Store in the mall. Sadly these two stores, have employees that should be kept in the back of the store working with machines and not people. Horrible costumer service. It is amazing what one bad apple can do.As a local business owner, I like giving business to local stores. After my experiece with both stores, I feel online is the only way for me to get my Mac products.

Who Iam

Ive only used F-11 to print photos and buy frames, but every time I do I am so very happy with the results! They are great at helping you with older photos you want to reprint and enlarge. The staff is also very kind in advising you to select the right size & finish to make your pics look their best. I highly recommend them for those very special photos.

You could go online and buy your stuff from Amazon or somewhere... Or you could come here and support your awesome local camera shop, this place has a great selection and good staff, my only complaint is some of the stuff is a lot more expensive than online.
