I went to this kmart yesterday with a few coupons. The cashier took my coupons and said she scanned them all but a few did not show up. She said I would have to go to customer service the line was half way down the isle and there was only one employee working, I didnt have time to wait. But it was $25 worth of coupons (and they were merchant coupons so Kmart said they double them so $50) and so I thought it was worth the wait. 30 minutes later when I got to the front of the line the employee told me there is nothing they can do if I dont have the coupons with me(?) the cashier took all my coupons, go look in her drawer. The employee said thats not how coupons work. WHAT?!? I wasnt even going to go to kmart except they were doubling upto $2 coupons so I decided to how there. NEVER AIGAIN!!! They can keep my money and their false advertising!!

Failing policies could be why this company is failing. I saw an item priced fairly online on their website. I saw they had this item in stock so I just ran over. When I was checking out, it rang up differently. The cashier was unable to adjust the price and called a "manager" over. The gal then said she could not give me that price so I asked if she was a manager. She said no. I asked for a manager and was sent to stand at the customer service desk. When the manager finally came over, he said that was an online price. So I told him I would hit purchase on my phone and take it. He said no! That he would not be able to give me the item right then. It would have to go back to will call and they would have to process the purchase. He eventually lowered the price and sent me on my way begrudgingly. It really should not be that hard!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Aside from being dirty and the staff absolutely unhelpful bordering on rude. I had a refund card from the 104th store that closed and to my surprise it didnt work. After multiple employees, phone calls and too many scans of the card to count I was basically told since that store issued it I would have to go there to resolve the problem. Not sure what part of it being permanently closed they couldnt grasp but its Kmart. After calling corporate customer service I was given the same run around. Shouldnt there be laws about a department store stealing from their own customers? Pretty sure if it was the other way around Id be on jail. Hmmmmm

It was quite while I was shopping which was nice but some upbeat music would be great! The computerized cash register system crashed while the gal was scanning my stuff. She rebooted 3 times while I patiently waited and it still wouldnt work. I finally went to customer service to check out and it worked out really well because two people gave me their coupons and I got one of my own as I separated my outdoor cushions and pillows into three transactions. My patience paid off as I ended up with the $20 discount and two more coupons to use later. The clothing department isnt very exciting.

Went to pick up an online order. Only 1 girl at a checkout stand moving as slow as could be, finally aftwr the line got about 12 people deep a second clerk opened up. Gave her online order ticket to pick up 9 items. The woman came back with 3 and spent another 30 minutes looking all over for the other items before we had to leave. No communication us during all this, and no offer of another solution and no apology. Had to leave a phone number and they will call me back when the items are found.

The front check out registers are very slow moving. Everytime I go, there are always lines that take longer then they should for checkout. I spend more time waiting in line than I do in the actual store, which is bad because I am a browser who loves to look at everything so its not good to have to wait in line to purchase items for longer than 10min. Which seems to always be the case at this location. I only go there if I absolutely have to.

I got a coupon from the store stating 10% next grilling accessories.... tried to use it in store. They can not honor the coupon becuase i needed to spend 1 cent more, nowhere on the coupon did it state that a price needed to be spent to use the coupon. I called the store ans complained they argued with me then hung up on me, who hangs up on a person needing help when your in customer service. Dont shop at kmart!

this place is a piece of shi* who doesnt honor the store online prices it your prices try to tell me to go online and buy it and I can get it that way whats the difference Im here now in line so whats the problem O thats right the stupid cashier doesnt want to do her job lazy people smfh. but thats fine I will go to Walmart which is what I should have done in the first place

Stopped in for couple quick things, realized they had a pretty good selection and prices were average. I was pleasantly suprised, until I got to check out, which took way too long. Their scanners couldnt read the bar codes on 3 of my 7 items. Then when I finally got my receipt, I realized they had overcharged me by scanning items multiple times. Never again.

Maybe its just me, but this place feels run down. The few times Ive gone in here, the store just feels dirty and cluttered. Not that the store has any issues mind you. The prices are low and they have a little bit of everything. But the dirty feel makes me want to drive to Walmart or go to target and pay higher prices.

The staff is great and will go out of their way to help you. If you need anything that isnt offered in the health and beauty section, you can ask at the pharmacy and they can usually special order it for you, which is pretty awesome. I havent run into a business willing to do that for me in very many places.

Just stood in line for close to 40 minutes. When there was still one family ahead of me the checker turned off her light and said that it was going to be a while and that she is now closed. She said we could go to another line but there was no other line to go to!! I wont be back. I left without a purchase.

For Kmart rumoring to be going out of business, this store still has a lot of products for not that much of a good deals or sale! Also, the lines are extremely long and take awhile to get through while checking out. More help would be appreciated, but the workers continue to work hard so that is nice.

The leader in clothing styles that fit. The first store with Dickies slim fit work pants. Bucking the one tent fits all trend of other stores. I found Adam Levine clothes there two years ago. Only available online now because they were too early with real fashion craftsmanship at an affordable price.

I was so shocked today when I went to Kmart to find a marijuana T-shirt sporting Colorado on it. Has business gotten so bad that they have to stoop this low? Ive been going to this store for 13 years and now I am confused about if I want to even go back. Way to go Kmart.
