Terrible service in electronics. Called store on 14Dec13 waited on line for 30 minutes and they said you could not purchase a Playstation 4 until 8:00AM on the 14th. We were at the store at 7:30AM on the 14th. No body was in electronics called customer service twice and they never sent anyone to electronics. At 8:10AM an employee finally walked by electronics and said that they are sold out, only had four units and people were in line in the layaway and sold them before 8:00AM. Called for a manager and it took 10 minutes for her to show up. She was clueless on the Playstation promotion and did not show any empathy or cared at all. We left and decided not to to our Christmas shopping at Walmart. Walmart is turning into the KMart years ago.

I had read the other reviews about this store and was reluctant to go, since they were not favorable. I went at 11 PM to a closer location in Arvada, but it was a Mini, mostly grocery store. All right lets drive a little. I went in, about 5 minutes in store one of the stockers offered to help me, he pointed me in the direction. I walked pass what I wanted, met another Stocker, he walked me over to where the item would be, stuck around for a bit until I said I would scan the isle and find it. He said "Sounds good, My name is Chris, let me know if you need help with anything else" (something along those lines). Later a gentleman sweeping also asked me if I needed help. I give them a very good to Excellent!

Ive been to probably every store trying to find the perfect frame since I would be wearing them all day. Each store was so friendly and diverse personalities were interesting : some person reserved and let me browse and some were very bubbly and outgoing but none ever hovered around while I looked but let me know they were available if I had questions: Today I popped out my lens pushing too hard to clean off a spot and the lady to fix them broke the arm off and ordered me a full NEW pair with a be frame since hay frame never felt right anyways... Good experiences at all the stores! Walmart vision centers

I love this Walmart and have been going for 10 years. In ten years Ive NEVER had a bad experience here. The customer service is about the same at any Walmart. Its always clean and its 24 hours which I love since Im a night owl. The black Fridays are always over staffed and the staff is excellent. Most people dont know this but a Walmart without a permanent police parking spot means that its a good Walmart lol. I only wish they would hurry and fix the parking lot lights. Best Walmart and Ive been to 15 in Denver because I drive for a living.

Called in to check inventory on a BB gun that I was planning on purchasing for my little sisters birthday. I asked to be transferred to Sporting Goods and then waited 3 minutes until my call was answered. Turns out I was transferred to the Photo Booth and the lady there said she couldnt help me at all and that she would transfer me to the correct department. 30 minutes went by and I am still currently on hold waiting for any sort of human interaction... This is ridiculous!

Terrible customer service staff members. Extremely RUDE, dont know how to smile or speak kindly, ignored my questions, and were painfully SLOW. If it were up to me, the entire staff (especially a woman named Kerri) working at the CS desk would be relocated to positions where no human interaction is necessary. Save your money and dignity and shop at another store.Never again will I walk through those doors.

I was parked out front when I was greeted by a cop!! He was rude and said I wasnt allowed to spend the night here. He then went around to all the other rvs and told them to leave also. Not traveler friendly! Also no fresh fruit, or any sort of produce. Also no fridges so they basically only sell junk food.

The worst Walmart I honestly ever been too. The store is just plain gross and old. The staff constantly follows people around for no reason. Many employees smoke and vape right next to the entrance. Unorganized, random item are all over the shelves. Some items are clearly used.

worst customer service experience Ive had in a while. On the phone and in store. nobody knows what their doing or how to answer a simple question of do you have the item in stock and I gave them the upc# they just keep transferring you cause nobody wants to do their job.

The worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. They run out of everything and dont restock it for months. The staff is rude. You have to talk to the rude staff in order to get any thing because everything is under lock and key.

Walmart are idiots. They just closed the location at I70/ Youngsfield . This location was convenient and easy access off of I70. Walmart should listen to their customers and the needs of this community.

Hey archer its not a place for yuppie travelers to sleep and btw there is a king soopers next door get off your butt and go get fresh fruit there. This walmart is cleaner than the others

Typical Wal-Mart, except this one is rarely really busy and not full of the crazies like other locations. Not a super center so very limited selection on groceries.

This Walmart allows RVs to park in their parking lot overnight, as long as you park toward the back of the parking lot near the bus stop. Thank you, Walmart!

Will never come here again, EVER!!! Customer sevice is the worst. I have not been treated so rudely in years. Avoid this store like the plague.
