If youre shopping for tires in Denver, and youre seeing this, your search is over. No need to look any further, because you will not find the caliber of service, speed, quality and customer appreciation that you get from this store anywhere else. They excel in every category. Ive been going to Discount Tire for years in Texas, and always enjoyed excellent service and quality. Nothing has changed in my move to Colorado and visiting their stores here, its still simply top notch customer service. They are consistent with this, and you just dont find this anywhere these days. Discount tire cares more about great customer service and their patrons safety than about milking more and more money out of people like so many other shops. And this is exhibited through their actions and amazing service. I recently visited this place, and to make a long story short, they (particularly the assistant manager, Dave) bent over BACKWARDS to make sure I was happy, driving safely on the road with the best quality tires....and worked to keep it all within a budget I was comfortable with. Simply amazing. I keep coming back to Discount Tire because they continue to outdo themselves. I spent about 40 minutes at the store, just before closing time. They knew who I was by my appointment time and called me by name. While I was there, they didnt turn away a single customer despite closing soon. They kept cars moving in and out like it was a pit stop, smiling faces on each driver as they left. I watched a gentleman pull his car up to a bay outside, and the tech was at the car with an air hose before the guy could even put it in park. Admidst all this, they were graciously helping a very inquisitive and indecisive customer inside the shop. All of this and they still paid close attention to me and showed genuine concern for my situation, worked with me the whole time, got all four of my tires replaced and balanced, etc. and out the door in less than 45 minutes. This was the closest location for me on this visit, but even if I move across town, I will most likely still come back to this store and see Dave again. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!

Never use THIS Discount!!! I have great experiences with other Discount tires, this one not at all. I dropped my sisters car off, visiting from Texas late October, on a spare with the flat tire/ wheel in the trunk, was told they could not have the tire until Friday around 4PM. It was Tuesday, so no biggie except she planned on leaving Friday AM. I called another Discount tire in Pueblo(just south and along the way back to Texas) and they said they could have it next day, so we picked the car up that same day. When my sis was leaving Friday morning, still on the spare, I checked and they didnt put the flat tire and wheel back in the trunk and we had to go back. She would have been in Pueblo finding this out if I didnt!!! The guy said on the phone "That was close, we almost threw them out." The guys in Pueblo knocked it out of the park and delivered on everything they said they would do to help my sister, and I really appreciate that... Fast forward, I spoke with the worst Manager I have ever met today, BILL SCHRODER, albeit 4 months after this incident, to explain what happened since I needed some tires mounted and I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves and earn my business back, when I swore I would not go back. He said the note in the computer said they only had the wheel, not the car, so that could not of happened, lol. More incompetence!!! Did he expect a note saying we messed up, signed "Incompetent Employee"? The problem is top down apparently. After arguing with me in front of a room full of poor unknowing souls, which is what I tried to avoid by waiting so long to bring this up, I then asked for his managers number( Bob Henderson allegedly ) and he writes a barely legible phone number down. I tried to call it as written and it was a fax machine. I went back in, guess he was hiding, and asked for the right number from someone else, a corporate number that no one answers unless it is M-F. This could have all been corrected with a simple, "Sorry, what can we do to make this right and keep you as a customer." Drive a little further, its worth it...

Yep - just good, not great & definitely not excellent. Comments on "Quality": They could have at least wiped the install grease off the wheels & tires. And they dont exactly treat your aftermarket wheels with the greatest of care... it sure looks like there a few new scratches. Sure, Ive curbed them once or twice, but scratches from grazing a curb are near-vertical rubs right on the rims edge, and scratches from installing tires are circular around the wheels circumference... hmmm, I see this on all 4 wheels now - wasnt there before, and, no, its not the grease. Comments on "Appeal": Inside the store is nice, but walk a block in any direction and youll know why I rated the appeal as just "good". Also, I would add that I had to drive 25 miles to this store because it was the only store in the Denver area that had the tires I needed (not a totally odd size, Id say theyre just maybe more performance type tires - 235/40/18s). This actually could have been a plus in their favor (the fact that they had them in stock), but because of the mediocre quality & service, this brought the appeal down because of the fact that I had to drive so far to get so-so service. Comments on "Service": This could have been "Excellent"... they were very helpful when I called them, and they even came down on the price to better match TireRacks online pricing. On the phone & in the store, they told me that my total time (waiting & install time) would be 1 hour (not bad considering they are in a busy area). However, they blew that by about 40 minutes... but, Im a forgiving guy, so at this point, their service rating could still have been "Very Good", but then they completely failed to mention that there was a $50 mail-in rebate on my tires. I only noticed the rebate link when I got home by chance - I just happened to glance at the website that I had left up on my computer screen to lookup the store info before I left. Oh well, I have new tires now & I wont have to do this again for another 3 years or so...

I went to get my tires rotated at discount where i purchased my tires and was informed i needed new tires. The cost of tires for my car are rather exspensive due to car being all wheel drive and size. I wanted better tires this time and salesman Jeremy told me the continentals where comparable to michelen. Got the tires and 50 miles later one tire almost went flat called. Jeremy and he set me up with appiontment to get it fixed. Here is my advice for everyone else out there i did a consumer review on the type of tires i purchased and lets just say they werent pleasing to me. I called Jeremy back and told him my frustration and that if i was paying$1000 dollars for these tires why not pay the additional $100 it would have cost me to get Michelen tires which i new were good tires. Do your homework before you make a pirchase of this sort!! I am 41 years of age and my family and I have always used Discount tire and I told Jeremy i would rather have the Michelen tires and i would pay the difference. Expecting him to say it was too late he surprised me and said he would get them ordered and no cost to me and he was extremely appoligetic for my inconvenience! I read the reveiws for customer service on this site before speaking to Jeremy and was worried about my situation and i have to be honest i surprised and pleased to report that the customer service I got was excellent!!! How you speak of your frustration and how you handle yourself might go a long way in how you excpect to be treated. Jeremy you have kept mine and my familys business. Thank you for making this right!
