I tried to return a DVD player that !didnt work! with the receipt and tags intact and they REFUSED, like aggressively refused to take it back. It happened to be two days outside of the ridiculous ten day return period. Even though they do all the returns manually by hand, literally hand written, and theres no computer system or anything stopping them from just giving me my money back, they flat out refused. And the supervisor was incredibly rude. So I just gave the stupid thing back to them. So they got the the thing for free, made money off of it, and to top it off I watched the supervisor pick it up, walk over and put the broken DVD player back on the shelf, for somebody else to buy. Like everything about the situation was absolutely ridiculous. I seriously spend so much money there and donate ALL THE TIME and to be treated so badly by the employees here was well out of order. Okay rating only because I always find good stuff there.

I am highly disappointed in this organization... Rounding up for ARC angles... Everything in there is donated to help the "Association of Retarted Citizens" (ARC)- Faded Monet Necklace $24.99... timex watch with no battery $14.99.... Remember when thrift stores were thrift stores... I actually heard one of the employees tell a customer... who was buying some deco art balls for like a bowl.. that hobby lobby charged $14.99, so 12.99 was a savings... EXCEPT HOBBY LOBBY PAYS FOR THEIR MERCHANDISE... YOURS IS FREE... Super Duper Greedy... be ashamed of yourselves... 5 months prior... Overpriced for free merchandise and selling a knock off fake louis vuitton briefcase for $500.00. THEY CLAIM ITS REAL BUT IT HAS NO KEY HOLES FOR THE LOCKS

I remember when fast food used to be FAST~ AND thrift stores did NOT sell at retail prices. Goodwill is the worst. I have see stuff I wanted and I have seen stuff I have been looking for AND WALKED out because the prices make no sense. Plastic Adirondack chair, $19 at Home Depot, 12 at WalMart $17 AT BEAR VALLEY GOODWILL - ?? Purolator oil filter, $2.94 at Walmart, $3.50 at Goodwill :>0 ?

The Littleton ARC isnt the best thrift store around, but Ive been able to find some great deals on baby items and household goods. Ive also found some really nice vintage furniture at affordable prices. I agree that they sometimes overprice things, but they also underprice things sometimes too. I think its worth a look and even if it is close to full price at least it goes to a good cause.

I love the Arc Thift stores the stiff they have is in good condition and on Saturdays are the best you can really find great deals on almost everything in the store just because its a thrift store doesnt mean the things they have is junk believe me I have found and bought a lot of my small appliances that were still new once you go to the thrift store you go back tome after time

Its only a three-star because... the supervisor Heather belittled an employee in front of customers. The employee was only trying to do the right . Made it very awkward. the employees were very nice very attentive. Pretty organized store.

WILDLY overpriced, at least 3-4 times higher than other area thrift stores. Even considering half price Saturdays prices are still ridiculous. Dont waste your time and avoid art all costs.

Always has great deals on different products. The prices are made even better during the sales they run where you can typically find lightly used clothing for the an extremely cheap price.

Just there last Saturday for their 99¢ Summer Sale. Bought 20 items for $20. Great stuff too! Love their regular colortag 50% off sales too! This is what thrifting is all about...Value!

Way over priced for ARC. I have been to most in Denver Metro and they are Way over priced! rude greeter at the door, also.
