My experience at this Walmart was average up until the point I had to deal with their customer service department. Heres what happened: I stopped in one evening to pick up groceries and a few clothing items, specifically boxers and socks. Upon arriving home I realized I did not have the clothing Items I had purchased. I checked my receipt and lo and behold, I had indeed been charged for the items. I called the store and person I spoke with told me to come on in and they would simply give me the items I had paid for but left. (I found that refreshing but somewhat odd) When I arrived at the Walmart that evening It took approximately and hour and a half to actually get my items. I had to stand in the customer service line 3 separate times: each time there was only one cashier and she was continually calling for management to help her (they seemed loathe to do so, despite the extraordinary wait). The manager who helped me didnt believe i had gotten my missing items from that location to begin with, despite the fact that I had brought my reciept (I assume it has the store number, right? ) I then had to go retrieve to exact items i had purchased. Of course the socks I had purchased were suddenly out of stock so I brought some similar ones (same price) back to the customer service counter instead. This apparently caused quite a hassle for that same accusatory manager, because her attitude changed from grim to outright hostile. Not a great experience.

Nightmarishly bad layout for the grocery side of things. Macaroni and cheese is in the "Hispanic Foods" section. Soup, pasta, and potatoes are in the "Canned Fruit" aisle. Coffee is apparently a condiment--its even pictured on the sign for the aisle, which is curiously devoid of... condiments. All of their crackers and candy--ALL of them--are apparently "Seasonal" items, according, again, to the worthless labeling someone cooked up for their grocery aisles. An utter and complete lack of planning and forethought aside, this location is only moderately more serviceable than the even-more-abysmal location off of 6th and Wadsworth, that being largely due to the good pharmacy staff. Theyre quick, proficient, and are willing to believe you when you tell them that you know how to take the prescriptions that theyre filling so that you dont have to waste your time and theirs by having them read and explain the dosage instructions that are printed on the label. Its a welcome change. An unwelcome change, however, is the fact that theyve apparently removed their self-check lines, because... well, I cant even fathom a reason for that one. Might be due to the fact that their management is unable to differentiate between coffee and ranch dressing. Just a thought.

NOTHING IS EVER STOCKED!!! At least half of the things I go for are never stocked. Whoever orders for that store is WRONG. Very popular items will suddenly stop being carried for several months. If employees are stocking and they have an empty row next to what their stocking and that item hasnt came in, they will fill that empty row with the product theyre stocking so there arent bare spots. Thats not cool. Ive came home with the wrong item several times because of there lil switcheroo game. Now i have to double check that they have stocked the right item. The checkers are notoriously SLOW and really bad with inappropriate bagging! Raw meat bagged with things meant to be eaten straight out of package. Heavy items with eggs, bread, etc. My favorite: my hot deli items with my frozen stuff. They are also REALLY bad about leaving your bags on their carousel!!! In fact its happened so often Im beginning to wonder if its some scam they got going... And I dont mean I forgot; I mean I get my cart filled after I pay, and when I go to check the bag carousel theyll look down at it and go "Oh, youre good! Youve got everything." But I almost always am missing a bag or two of items! Also dangerous, watch yourself here.

I went to walmart to the tire center to get all 4 of my tires changed. When they supposedly were trying to changed my tires they came back in and said that the front tire lug nuts were seized and they couldnt change the tires. Funny how that while I was there, there was another lady having problems with her lug nuts too and she talked to the manger which didnt make a difference because he didnt care. I didnt talk to the manger while I was there because I didnt have the same problem as the other lady. I thought maybe my lug nuts on my tire were really seized. So I ended up going to Discount Tire instead to see if they would have the same problem. Well they didnt have with the lug nuts and they were not seized like walmart employees said. I dont know why they walmart didnt want to help me maybe their discriminating. I called to talk to the manger about the problem but he didnt even care. Instead of saying Ill talk to the employees and see whats going on since thats the second compliant about lug nuts on tires. He just made excuse. Really crappy customer service! I wont be getting my tires from walmart anymore. Walmart just lost my business but like they care anyway. Very poor customer service!

THE WORST GROSS WAL MART OF ALL TIME. VERY GROSS. Yuck!! Very dirty, flithy and.Gross All over at this location. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE AND CRUEL ...AND THEY ALL PRETEND TO BE EITHER SUPERVISORS or Managers. This one manager name Thomas,he is very rude and Alway harassing people.... He think he own that wal mart. He is the guy who cant speak English. And he allow white boy name Jeb who an employee, get away with it... All he do is standing and being lazy. He look 50 but he 23. The problem with this rude tall looking lazy kid ,he think he older when come to his height. He didnt respect my age, as he look at me like I was some high school kid lol... So he wasnt giving no respect instead he was behaving like kid and I wasnt gonna let him use his height on me, get me all mad and upset me. So I ieft without buying anything.. I wasnt gonna let these rude employees disrespect me. They did discriminate my age and disability. They wasnt aware of my disability So I RECOMMEND ,dont go to this wal mart on Colfax and wadsworth This plAce is the worst wal mart in Colorado. The worst of all time

Ive been going to this wal-mart pretty much daily since November and its not my cup of tea. Lets start with customer service.... only 1 cashier pretty much ALL the time. even when there are more than 6 people in line. Managers along with other employees just walk right on by seeing a huge line. I usually always use the self check out, thats always pretty quick and my FAVORITE EMPLOYEE IS PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE PAUL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have to deal with ANY wal-mart employee, I wait till morning and go talk to Paul. People here are rude including employees. My husband was accused of stealing at one point from the crap managers they have here. They really need to up their game, especially seeing all these 1 star comments. Get it together Wal-Mart. I mean there are a total of what 4 Wal-Marts along Wadsworth? I come to this one because its less than a mile from my house and the other ones are 4 or 5 miles. Anyways... The employees cant help that the management here isnt the smartest and dont care about the employees.
