Went in there with my service dog and they refused because I wouldnt show them the papers WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Seriously? The lady and I had a argument and I went to apologize and she ignored me. Disrespectful and rude. She harassed me along with another customer because he wanted to see the papers too. The manager was understanding so I didnt file a complaint. But be more compassionate about other people you jerks

big lots lost my business, i went into this location to buy an item on sale listed in the current sales ad, when i went to purchase the item, it did not ring up on sale, i asked for a manager, he said he would not honor the sale price! have not been back sense.

The store was very clean and well orgained. The only issue I had was it was rather warm in there. I might have shopped longer but it was uncomfortable to me. The gentleman at the register was extremely polite and nice - great customer service!

Will never shop here again, got a kitchen island that didnt even have the right parts wouldnt let me exchange because it was not as I I had left the store with it meaning I opened the box and tried to put it together.

Nothing special about Big Lots. They dont do anything to stand out. Id say their shelf items are on par with The Dollar Tree.
