i bought a rebel surprise for my friend there 2 days ago. when she was drinking it she found what we thought was an earring back in it, we brought it back and all they said was oh its part of the rebel can & it happens sometimes. they made her a new drink and thats it! she could of swallowed that! a sorry and a new drink dont help. how could this happen and how could it be a regular thing this is so sad! i think ill go to starbucks and wait in line and have my drink with out metal chuncks thank you

Whoever was working the line facing the street on Wednesday at noon was slow as molasses. It took 25 minutes to get my drink for being 1 car behind and was almost late to an appt at 12:30. The other line had already gone through 3 cars for 1 car in my line. Not window ready for the fast paced dutch bros or she needs to work on her time management with conversations. Go to the dutch bros by orchard they are quick!!

Dutch brothers was recommended to us by a local hotel concierge and it did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and helpful and gave us a drink on the house because we had never been there before. Will definitely be back!
