Worst customer service ever. Yesterday bought my mother and I dinner at the last hour of the restaurants shift. We get home 30 minutes later, to find our order was not as expected. We should have looked at our order before we left the restaurant. They forgot my mothers soup and only gave her half the salad (which the lettuce was wilted and brown) that she ordered. I tried to call them up before they closed, but they did not answer the phone nor could I leave a voicemail because the voice mailbox was full. So today I called them to let them know what happened, the manager at the time said it would be no problem and that we would get a complimentary "you pick two" meal. I told them that I live half an hour away and do not want to waste my time to return just to pick up a $10 meal. I told them that I would give it to somebody else like a coworker who lives closer to restaurant...they said was fine. When my coworker got to the restaurant to place an order, they denied her order and said that the original purchaser had to be there. The manager at the time, Molly, was a very uncooperative. My coworker called me and said that they were denying her service, so I asked to speak to the manager. Molly did not want to speak to me. They did not want to accept the fact that they made a mistake. This was very bad customer service on her part and terrible for Panera Bread that she represented them as an extension. This resulted in me calling the corporate office of Panera Bread. The corporate office was very apologetic of the situation my coworker went through and stated that the behavior of the manager was must not a good representation of the company. Dont get me wrong, the food was ok, not great. The company maybe a good company, but this location needs some work on their customer service. The one star rating is only for this location, not for the company. I find it to be a waste of my time to give bad reviews because I hate being negative, but the experience for a first time customer at this location really left a bad taste with my coworker, my mother, & I. Be aware.

My name is Ana and I recently had a bad experience with Panera Bread. My coworker (who had her order messed up yesterday at the last hour of dinner time) gave me her complimentary "You Pick 2" meal since she works in a different city. She gave me her complimentary meal because she did not want it to go to waste and also she was not going to drive 25 miles out of her way to pick up an order that Panera messed up. I was very grateful and was excited to have my first experience with the local Napa Panera location. I went to place the complimentary order...I WAS DENIED THE ORDER AND MANAGEMENT WAS NOT ACCEPTING THEIR MISTAKE. I called my coworker and told her what was happening at the local branch. My coworker asked to speak to the manager, but the manager, Molly, did not want to talk to my coworker. I was very furious and ungry and very pissed off because I expected for Panera Bread to have better customer service. I unfortunately made a scene, but the treatment and service was very poor. I work in customer service also, but I would never treat anyone who pays me my salary this way. So my coworker called the corporate headquarters for Panera. Apparently, Panera takes bad customer service very seriously and the fact that Molly, who represents Panera, will be reprimanded for her actions. I hate having to give a negative review because its a waste of my time, but I I would not want anyone to receive the same treatment that they gave me.

I was buying lunch for coworkers who were attending the CPR training. My Boss places an order online, and since this was for a group of people and different orders, they would have to have more than one bag. i get to the store, line up, not knowing that the "To Go" orders are lined up on the wall. i ask for the order and i was told "look it up on the wall using the last name" so i continue to the wall and find my bosses last name, pick up the only big bag...with BOLD PRINTED writing of my bosss last name. i get back to the office(20 mins drive with traffic) just to find out that the order was not complete. my boss calls back to inquire, and they say that i left the order intentional, well knowing that there was only ONE BIG BAG on the wall. I return to the store, and the same associate that told me it was on the wall, all she could say was that there it is on the wall. (the writing was with a blue pen) i could not even read the name...and TRUST me that big of a bag, sitting at the same spot that i picked the other one at, could not be missed...there was no apologies or anything they did for me...i really did NOT like the SERVICE..to TOP IT OFF..THE PARKING WAS FULL I HAD TO WASTE ALMOST 7 MINUTES CIRCLING THE PARKING LOT LOOKING FOR A SPOT WHEN I RETURNED!!!!

I am writing this review from Panera using the free lightning-fast internet they provide. The food is great, relatively preservative-free, and filling. The bread bowls are to die for. The woman who rang up my order was so nice, engaging, and helpful that I was inspired to complete both the Panera feedback survey that came on the receipt and this google review. If youre the kind of person that likes to read/study in a Starbucks, why not try Panera, especially during off-peak hours. The booths are really nice, and its not quite as cold as some coffee shops.

The food here is good, but the service is the worst I have had in the Napa Valley. Every time I have been there the person at the cash register is slow, does not smile or offer information and last night we waited 10 minutes in line and 45 minutes for our meal (soup and 1/2 sandwich) I have been there twice and tried to order soup in a bread bowl and they were out of bread bowls. This is Panera Bread, right? How could they always be out of bread bowls? At least a half a dozen people walked out last night due to poor service. I will not be returning.

I wish that there were different categories to give ratings on. Their food is 5 stars fantastic but they have to charge so much for it the singles $ should be at least $$ or $$$. Thats why I only give a three star rating. Their food isnt what Im scoring them on. Its the entire experience and truth in advertising. Their take out menus dont include prices because they know if they put it in print so few people would go theyd have to close business. Do non GMO ingredients cost more. Yes but not this much more.

Horrible service. My family and I went there to eat and to our surprise, nobody was in line. We waited for 5 minutes at the cash register waiting for one of the six workers or even the person who looked like the manager to even acknowledge we were there while they were talking and walking back and forth in front of us. We felt like we were invisible so we turned and around and left. I will not end up going back.
