I dont know what the problem is with their employees but my God had the rudest cashier/order taker. He did not listen to my girlfriend when she was telling him what we wanted, he asked us over and over again what we were asking for and in the middle of the order he told us to literally stop because he had to go. He did not say anything along the lines of, "would you mind if I get back to you?" It was just, "stop, I have other things to do". His overall tone was so demeaning, rude and unwelcome. The way he spoke to us I could tell he didnt want to be there, he didnt want to take our order, for some reason he was annoyed with us (we were there getting our order taken for at least 8minutes... we only ordered 6 donuts, milk, and a box of donut holes). I couldnt even get the original glazed that day because he said their donut machine was broken, but somehow I was able to get glazed donut holes? Im not sure if their machine was actually broken or if he is just the most rude, lazy and inconsiderate human being to have ever worked in food service. I used to enjoy going through and getting a few dozen of donuts but after this experience I am honestly reconsidering it. This boy was the rudest, most inconsiderate, degrading, mean and ditsy employee Ive come into contact with to date.. he made my girlfriend and I really feel like we were burdening him by just being there and wanting the donuts they sell. Id rather deal with a business staffed of stoned people and wait a full half hour to get something which takes less than a minute to put into a box than go back here and literally be made to feel like I am the scum of the earth for absolutely no reason. Stay away until they get their employees in line...

So I was here with my wife at the Tacoma mall and decided to go to Krispy Kreme drive thru. I have been to many Krispy Kreme establishments all over the US and this is the worst one so far because of its completely unprofessional employees. At first the lady couldnt take my order and started to laugh and make fun of me with her colleague. I decided to not pay attention (let people have fun) and then I ordered coffee. She said to go to another window where I need to pay. I right away mentioned that I havent finished my order and Im going to take another coffee and 4 donuts more. Guess what she said to me :" You are not getting anything". WHAT? After that she keeps laughing and making fun. In the end she asked me what kind of donuts do I want, and I said that Im not sure which ones maybe you could recommend me some. She replied " We have too many donuts, I CAN NOT recommend you, its not my decision" WHAT? In every single Krispy Kreme location associates were always kind and nice telling me what is inside every donut and giving me some recommendations which donut to take. I left very upset and outraged that I couldnt order any donuts or coffee and went to Starbucks. I ended up not ordering anything for my first time. The funniest thing is that lady was keep laughing and making fun constantly (I am not sure if she was high)

I normally buy the donuts from a store but I wanted to know, how it would be go in an actual krispy kreme. My experience was great the worker was pleasant me and my buddy. I love the smell of fresh donuts being cooked up. " i know im a fatty lol just kidding" but the floors needed sweeping and mopping and the size of the donut at the factory compared to the one I get at a local safeway is way different. Seem like the ones I normally get at my local store are bigger size.. Thats the reason for 4 stars. If the size of the donut changes and the sanitary conditions got better this place will burn any competition.

Steph was very rude and pushy. She just wanted to be done with the transaction. After telling her TWICE that we needed a second to look, she still looked at my group and I and asked if we were ready.. so obviously I gave her attitude then she stopped. We even asked her if there were jelly filled and she said no...... and then we asked her what doughnuts were behind her and sure enough, jelly filled lol. I get that its not a huge deal, but she was just a rude girl.

Once you figure out how to get there, you have to figure out how to get to the drive through. No, its not that way, no, not there, over one more to the left. If you want to go inside(& be waited on after the drive through people); you have to cross that lane, or part in the next lot on the right. Good stuff otherwise. All fresh donuts taste great. The iced coffee us & always has tasted great.

Horrible customer service. The asian girl with tattoos in the drive thru had an attitude she forgot some of our food my coffee was cold and i had to come back and she didnt even apologize. And she just handed me the food and shut the window on me. She needs to be wrote up or fired. And be better to her customers.

So disappointed that this Krispie Kreme doesnt participate with coupons that came off of the Krispie Kreme calendar. Nor do they ever have their rewards programs/point system ever working. I thought by now all Krispie Kremes did the point system

I love the doughnuts but their customer service skills are horrible. Jeffery had an additude and argued with me and the "manager" Marco was almost just as bad. And they overcharged me. They charged me for assorted when I didnt get assorted.

Love donuts but customer service was nasty. Vincent was rude and essentially accused me of not being military. Instead of taking my ID he asked to see a decal. What a dumbass! I hope they get new management.

Ive walked out the last two times and went some where else they need to hire more people to work the front counter. I stood there 10 minutes or longer both times. Ill get my milk shakes from Jack in the box

They changed the rule about the hot and ready sign it used to be if it was on you could get a free doughnut now you have to buy a dozen to get 1free doughnut this place is a big rip-off do not go here.

Sat behind some ass talking to the speaker for 10 minutes then when he finally pulled up and she said Ill be right with you, I sat another 10 minutes and finally gave up and backed out without a donut.

Today was Not the normal day, since its the 80th birthday for the original doughnuts. It was really crowded !! Waited almost 2 hours !! Met lots of nice people, well worth it.

Kinda really slow. People were standing around not doing any things while 1 guy helps every customer inside so probs to him for what he does while others stand around doing nothing

I love coming to Krispy Kreme Doughnuts but the problem is I live to far away. Great customer service and the food and drinks are awesome. I recommend this over other storws.
