This Walmart is horrible they dont say hi to you when you come in they dont ask if youre finding everything just fine or if they could help you the people are just rude and disrespectful to the customer I would never want to come back here ever again I have been coming to this Walmart for the last few times my experience starts with customer service and Customer Care office Lee there is none either customer service or customer care you have greeters that dont greet people all they do is just watch you walk by like were birds or dogs or cats do your cashier cashiers there are like robots all they do is just ring up stuff and dont say hello dont say anything your stalkers any child majority of them dont even speak English and hard to communicate so theres no way of these employees to develop any customer relations or customer service moral is below zero there and your management is nowhere to be found obviously every single issue that goes on with that Walmart there are swept underneath the carpet or corporate does not know whats going on or if corporate does know whats going on shame on them I will never recommend this Walmart to anyone else until you have new management new operational structure and see what goes on from there may be a new set of employees stop treating customers like theyre nobody and if theyre stupid that their ignorant ignorance and stupidity comes from the Walmart workers to management of the corporation I give this Walmart and negative 5 stars

After New Years this place just let itself go. My first experience there was good enough for me to come back a second time. I went a few weeks ago to this location and one of their employees, name Anne or Annie, pushed me out of her way as I waited in line. Didnt say excuse me, didnt let me know she was behind me. Then she came back and attempted to do so again. I dont care how busy the store is, you dont put your hands on me or any customer for that matter. In all honesty I wanted to knock the heck out of her but my hands were full. Literally. And then the cashier that attended me just placed my stuff down and I asked for a bag since there were none on the counter. He said "it costs extra" I was not aware of the new law at the time but he didnt offer a bag or ask me if I wanted one. Instead he started ringing up the next customer. I give this place a two because there was at least ONE employee who was actually helpful. I forgot his name but hes a really tall guy with Harry potter glasses (I mean that in a good way) and brownish blonde hair. So look for him if you need help. Lol.

The support manager in the customer service and returns is not helpful whatsoever (Indian guy). We bring back a child bike with holes in the tube. Still brand new off the rack. He refused to exchange the tube considering they dont have any others in stock and wants to send me all the way to Porter ranch just to see if they have one. His claim was we loose money over a $2 item instead of going above and beyond the call of service. Well here you go a review just to explain how horrendous your service is and will be requesting all fellow shoppers to look out for you and give you a review based on your performance.

After visiting this Walmart, I am starting ti think that soon there will be no more places like this, and people will buy everything online. They removed all the large items, and now their furniture section include 5-6 items. If I wanted to buy online I wouldnt come here, I came here to see how the product looks like in real life. They can put it on display, and not have it in stock. At the same time, their prices are excellent, even lower than Costco for some products. Here are few random photos of products and prices I took.

Parking is a big issue with this wal-mart. I had started with a 5-star rating, but then when realizing the many faults of this place.. I have to downgrade the rating. The parking is horrendous. It takes forever to park. Now inside Wal-mart its a bit stuffy, because its such a big place. Its a pretty big walmart. There are some places with A/c and some places that are just hot!! They lack in snacks and food supplies. The choices are very minimal. I prefer going to the wal-mart in Porter Ranch.

I hate this store I buy a alarm clock and it was missing the power adapter, I call to tell them if they can check if they had one so I can go pick it up and not do the drive and she told me she can check, so why are you guys in coustomer service if can help me she was like the only one the can check is my manager and he is really Busy and I told her Ill wait. Ill wait for 25minutes and they hang up on me. I hope they see it and give a better service.

Walmart is always so busy the employees never have enough time for you, when you do find an employee that is willing to help they get stuck helping someone else .....its a great store they have everything youre looking for a reasonable prices. however you have to know what you need to when you walk through the doors I know youre going to be wandering around aimlessly for hours

I bought a bdps 6500 for 99.00.when I brought to the sales man of the Wal-Mart that the price is cheaper at Amazon, he asked me to bring proof and claim matching price in the customers service dept.Accordingly I met the manager. She refused matching price on the ground it is sold not directly by Amazon but by others under the banner of Amazon. Is it correct.

I went to change a check and was very disappointed to be treated with discrimination. A woman named Naskin or something similar to that was telling me my social security number was not valid and that i needed to go the the DMV before i can cash in a check. She made jokes with a co-worker about me, just because of my ethnicity, which is hispanic.

This is one of the absolute worst Wal-Marts I have ever been to. Many things and shelves in the store are in a state of utter disarray. The selection of items is poor and the service is equally comparable. I would rather go to the Target nearby even though it costs a little more. At least things would be organized and visually less offensive.

What is happening here, everything is in a different spot every time I go lately and they seem to bringing in a lot of their own brand food items .....AND THEY ARENT VERY GOOD.......and what happened to all the pastry and cookie center section.....its gone ....a few things are thrown on the bread shelves.........NOT AT ALL HAPPY!!!!!!!

BEWARE! There customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Employee tells me to wait for them in order to go check for an item and they dont return. When I ask another employee where and what happened they simply say there on their break! Thanks for leaving me to wait for you while your on your break. Go to Target instead!
