Even though I would like to give vallarta One star, I will give them a three. Customer service is great and check out is usually fast. The produce is usually fresh but theres a few things that discussed me. I normally dont order from the dining area but the last few times that I did the food was either spoiled, expired, very dry and tasteless. I bought a whole chicken dinner. The chicken was really tough and dry as if it was left in The oven for hours. I had the rice replaced twice and both times the rice was very hard and dry. I also had the potato salad replaced twice and both occasions the potato salad was rancid. Recently I spoke to one of the employees. She said that Vallarta uses nonfiltered fuacet water to make the natural juices. Also she said the sugar used to make the beverages were from ripped bags that the mice have ripped. Today 9/7/16 I went to Vallarta to buy two tripe tacos. The tripe was so old and dry I nearly lost a tooth. Never again will I eat at the dining section. Based on my shopping experience I feel that Vallarta is about 10 to 20% more expensive than other supermarkets. Vallarta has a high flow of customers because most of these customers feel comfortable in that type of environment. Overall Vallarta is a good supermarket but when it comes to already prepared food it shows quantity over quality at a high price.

Very bad customer service. Most of cashiers do not even greet you and not acceptable for a supermarket that is representing Hispanics and Latinos. Last the restaurant is poorly handled since it lacks a lot. First, if you ask for a half a chicken they barely give pieces not half the chicken and do not offer pieces of chicken only. Then you have this security guards all over you as if you are going to steal something. Maybe the owner and his workers are this way (thieves) and assume everyone else is the same. Shame! Never will go back!

La carne no sale bien en paquete la combina con la expirada y los pricios muy lantos..también cuando quieres cambiar algo no te dan el dinero ellos no quieren prender y te dan voucher y no el dinero eso no esta corecto.

Mucho barato a veces. Casi toda la tiempo muy caro. Yo comprar leche y galletitas para las ninos. Muxho mexican place. Lo nehor carne y verduras pero lo demas, meh

The food is so delicious. I give them five stars on the food. The staff are very nice. But the eating tables are always very dirty. Even when they clean them, they barely wipe them and the seats and tables are always greasy. Just take your food to go.
