I live in Aptos, but I work in Watsonville, so I thought (mistakenly) that this would be a convenient location to visit during my one hour lunch. Could not have been wrong. As stated in some of the previous reviews, the staff picks and chooses who they want to help. As a 38 year old male, I guess Im not the ideal candidate for any type of customer service/assistance. I just wanted to purchase a case for my Motorola and ask a fairly simple question regarding my bill. After 50 minutes of my one hour lunch, I was finally asked by a rather uninterested young man if Id been helped. After explaining my billing question,, he consulted with some other could-care-less employees and was rudely told that my my plan had changed and would have to come back and speak to the manager. I bit my tong and said nothing. I simply walked out with an unanswered question and no case for my phone. Long story short (I know, too late)I went to the Capitola store and received a prompt resolution on my billing concern and a 15% discount on the case I wanted. I will never patronize this location again.

I got my phone bill and checked it and the bill total was $406.So I go to verizon and I talk to them.My sons plan was $200 more because supposably I changed my text plan,but I changed my Mexico plan and they told me that I changed text plan,but I didnt .When I was there talking to the man he told me to wait a day to get my bill again because the manager wasnt there but I saw a man named chucky and it said he was the manager and he was standing next to the man that was attending me.This is not the first time this happens and they change my plan around every other month.I dont recommend verizon wireless at all. Ive limited my walking into the Watsonville Verizonwireless store because employees are very rude. Ive seen and heard the young Salesmen choosing which consumer to attend to either the young ladies with very short dresses or ignore the young conservative consumer. Being a middle-aged woman whose money is just as good as the young, provative costumer I am often ignored. Ive spoken to various Managers and District Managers regarding the behavior at this store and it seems all they did was nothing! Shame on you VerizonWireless! Shame on you.
