The mall security misplaced my Victoria Secret bag. I called an hour after I left and they confirmed to me that the bag was there. Officer Blackwell took my name and number and told me that it would be kept there until I picked it up. When I returned to the mall for my bag, they did not know where it was. They gave me the run around for several weeks and finally a lady By the name of Tara told me that it was never turned in.. They told me that a different bag was turned in. Which nothing made sense because one of the officers confirmed that my bag was there. Why do they have security in the mall if there going to steal merchandise from the customers. I am very upset because they lied and they stole from me. Obviously thats what it looks like.

My son and his girlfriend were trying to shop in the store called Image. His girlfriend saw one thing that she liked and an East Indian man started pressuring them to buy it. It was an exorbitantly priced purse. When they did not cave to his high pressure he ordered them to get out of the store. They may have bought something if they had been allowed to browse without him pushing them. When I called and asked for the manager, the same man who had ordered them out of the store hung up on me. When I finally did talk to the person who claimed she was the owner of the store, she made no attempt to conciliate the situation. A person like this man has no business working with the public.

Macys department store has the best prices than any other clothing store ie.wal mart,target etc. Especially the last chance clearance sales, which is 7 days a week all year around, all sizes,best name brands, ie. Guess, Calvin Klein, American Rag,Almost Famous,Levis etc.from 50% to 85% off,and its all overstock from last season clothing,theres something for everyone and its not the ugly clothes,its the cute,pretty stuff,I bought a pair of Levis jeans in my size for $7.86 ,no lie, Missouri me jeans that were $120.- for $19.99

I love this mall but I wish Orange Julius & Cinnabon would of stayed open. Me & my kids would always stop to get an Orange Julius & my husband always had to have a Cinnamon Roll while we went shopping. It was kind of a family tradition that has been broken since they both closed down. I hate seeing nice little places open up then close down. Its been going on for years at this mall & its pretty sad.

Well if you have lived in a larger metropolitan area, its going to disappoint a bit. Its a small mall in a small town and its the most you can expect out of an area like this. They have gotten a few nicer stores in the last few years and the upkeep of the building isnt bad. I have to give it some love though, because for 20+ years of my life this was the only mall I had regular access to.

Good mall, but small compared to the malls in other towns. Food court has gone slightly downhill. Used to have a variety of shops, but now its primarily clothing stores. If youre playing Pokemon it is a good spot and at least one store will give 30% off if you catch a Pokemon in their store. It has a great Yogurtland. Also has a Starbucks. The only actual restaurant is a Red Robin.

After pre ordering an item from one of there stores,"city stars" not only was the item not there the people working there were extremely rude and I was told to wait another week and yet again I called this Friday nd was told to wait another 24hrs called today nd my call were not answered the total was just under a hundred dollars

My locked mountain bike was stolen from the bicycle rack RIGHT BY THE ENTRANCE and the "security" punks were rude, and they laughed when I said I want to see the security camera footage. The security workers acted like Latino gangsters, and probably work in cahoots with the bicycle thieving scum-bags.

I live by LA, so this wasnt the type if mall Im used to. Its small, but it has the stores you would expect in a mall. If youre going for 1 specific thing at the stores they have, then it works out. If youre going too walk around the mall and hang out... then youll be done in 10 minutes.

This used to be the second tier mall behind the Sequoia Mall in Visalia but times have changed. Maybe someday the Sequoia Mall will make a comeback. There used to be a tunnel for vehicles that went under the mall but has since been covered up. I wonder if the space is still there?

I only come here to go to Macys and bath and body works. Victoria Secret is terrible i only shop online now. The jewelry stores here are cheap. And an ugly girl at a kiosk selling hover boards cussed me out. I guess ghetto is everywhere!

Friendly service, but they billed me incorrectly, they dont have much options, I was looking for a few items and was told by the clerks to look online. No brainer right? But I wanted to try on a few things and not waste my time.

I dont really like going to the mall. but its nice to know that its there. I think we NEED a RK there so the kids have a place to go have some fun like we use to. i remember when i was a kid and the RK was there.

Okay, not too much of a selection, but does the job for a small city like ours. Check out the little spots that sell specialty items. Many of those owners are nice and always happy to help with good recommendations.

The mall has slowly deteriorated in the last few years. Hot dog on a stick is gone so thats a tragedy. Anyways its one of the better locations to do your shopping in Tulare County. Crowds are usually not very bad.

The mall is the best place to shop.The security team is friendly and helpful. I love all the food selections too.Macys is the store where I buy my makeup and fragrance love the service I get there.

Very small for a mall. Clean but shopping experience wasnt very good. Food isnt a huge problem, but choices are limited. Dont get me wrong its not a bad mall, but I have seen lots of better ones.

I remember coming here as a kid and having fun at the arcade.. but now there arent many attractions.. restrooms can be disgusting.. still a decent mall even though parking can be difficult.

The food courts r really delicious and its good to get out the house and go to the mall with family or friends or boyfriend or girlfriend or wife and kids u could look all around the mall

Retail and food court employees are rude to customers. Cleaning personel is rude as well. They close childrens playground 1.5 hr before mall closes to "vacuum" which doesny make sense.

Lots of stores! Best part is they are all spacious so you dont feel cramped. The food court has a variety of cultures which means one doesnt have to leave the mall to fufill a craving!
