Fashion Fair Mall dominates the retail scene in Fresno County. Its located in Fresno, the 6th largest city in California and has come a long way since I was living here 10 years ago. Macys and JC Penney are the two flagship stores considering Gottschalks has gone out of business and the space has not been acquired yet. In 2003, the mall started an extensive renovation project to add an additional 90,000 square feet to the mall and upon completion in 2005, there was an open air walkway and several stores to attract a younger crowd complete with new restaurants - Urban Outfitters, MAC, Sephora, Lucky, Cheesecake Factory, BJs Brewery - just to name a few. My sister and I were here on account of Black Friday. The parking lot was crowded but mall security were on standby to usher traffic and keep everything moving. Once inside, the restrooms were starting to get dirty but I noticed a cleaning crew on the side that was providing essentials like seat covers and toilet paper. Regardless, considering the area, this isnt a bad mall. Youll find almost everything you need and some great places to eat as well. If you dont want to eat at the restaurant, the mall has a great food court. Either way, Im always happy to visit and see whats going on here.

I used to work at this mall so my review might be a bit biased. The mall itself has tons of parking spots (which are usually full), many brand name chain stores people recognize, and a decent food court. Depending on what time of the year you come here or what time you shop can determine if you have a positive or negative experience. Many teeny boppers handing out here due to the convenience of the location near tons of middle schools and bus stops. Many families bring their kids here due to the amount of the various stores that actually have kids stuff. And during the holidays this mall is beyond packed no matter what time of day or what day of the week it is. The isles between the stores are small and if you are claustrophobic such as I am you might avoid certain areas. The stores usually have affordable items other than Macys. This mall is the best Fresno has to offer as of right now.

Love love love their pizza at blast pizza in the food court. Kinda crowded, especially weekends, parkings hard to find. They should have more accessible, closer places to park, and especially for those who have some kind of walking disability or somewhere with some shade in case someone is staying in the car waiting while someone runs inside to buy something, especially if theyre only going to get some food. Stores are nice, clean, some of them play their music a little too loud... But eh. Theres a lot of different stores lots to choose from, chances are youll find what youre looking for. Oh but if youre going to the Apple Store make an appointment or take some lunch & beverages cuz you will be there AWHILE‼️

Fashion fair has a great selection of stores, but employees here are not very helpful. I had a terrible experience at Hollister because an employee was very rude and did not offer to help me look for jeans. She was not nice and gave us a dirty look when we were looking at the selection of jeans. Unfortunately, I probably will not be returning to this location. At the Wetzel’s pretzel place they were not helpful and were rude to customers, even to a little six year old girl. This is very inappropriate and will not be buying from here anytime soon... This is terrible service

This is a nice, big mall with all the most popular stores. Some of the stores are Macys, JC Penney. Forever 21, Victorias Secret, Bath and Body Works, Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, Sephora, Claires, and The Apple Store. Theres also a food court where you can get anything from a burger to Chinese food. At Christmas, you can get pictures with Santa in the center court at the main entry. The mall is pretty crowded on weekends and holidays and you may have difficulty finding a place to park in front, but there is usually plenty of parking around the back of the mall.

Being a mother to a newborn you forget about yourself mothering your little one. So yesterday it was my day to myself and polish myself back up again. I was having a great day until I came to get my eyebrows done by Olga. Everytime Ive gotten my eyebrows done everyone is so friendly and talkative. Olga was very rude and needs a lot of customer service improvement. She acted like she didnt want to be there and when she gave me my coupon and receipt I had to reach over the counter and grab it myself. I do wish to come back.

Came to shop and take my baby over to the Fashion Fair Forest Play. I will never bring my child again. Arrived at play area at 10:30, mall opens at 10, and the floor is disgusting; trash, food, gum, and crumbs everywhere. Seeing as the mall had just opened, you would imagine this time of day the play place would be at its cleanest. Completely disgusted. Will never return with a child. Clean up your act guys, this place is supposed to be a safe place for kids to play.

This is an excellent place to shop...only if you can find parking. This place has been around for years and has been through a couple of changes but they havent got a clue on how to manage all the people that manage to squeeze in. They either need to make it bigger to make more space for the shoppers or develop a larger parking structure either under ground or elevated. Its too crowded, especially with all the restaurants nearby it makes it even worse.

All the shops are with in walking distance of each other and there are always pop up shops (at least when I go there are) that have unique and trendy clothes. There are always people there which gives Fashion Fair a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend if you want to look for new clothes and accessories; not so much a place for penny pinchers or people with a light wallet. You can get good deals from time to time if you look hard enough, though.

I have always enjoyed shopping and hanging out here. They have some incredible stores that I go to frequently. The vast majority of the stores, however, do not interest me. It is also best to avoid this place at all costs during the holiday shopping season & on weekends, because it is incredibly cramped and over-crowded. The people working at the kiosks are known to be obnoxious, although it has been better in more recent years.

My shopping experience with my boyfriend Jacob was wonderful. I did get lost in forever 21 store when they had no bathrooms but I will be back some day. We went to los Angeles that day and Ill never forget it. He bought white Jordan shoes very nice. I love him with all my heart and our time there was short but fun. In the parking lot he laughed at me then checked my engine before leaving to L.A. I love you babe.
