This mall is a joke not even worth the gas to drive there they have store come in for a year or so then leave with no notice nothing. No food court anymore since they raised the rent so sky high no one can afford to come in anymore and now its just a big empty hole no stores stay long walk into the mall its like a ghost town with a ton of little keyoses everywhere that do no bunnies unless its Christmas and what they all have to sell is sky high for junk non name brand things I would rather use the extra gas to go out of town to shop the waste any to go in here I would give it 0 stars if it allowed it

Watch out! They falsely charge your card extra! My bill after a long evening of horrible service came to $50.84. When I checked my bank account online a few days later, I saw that they charged me $55.84. They screwed up our order, forgot one of our orders completely, brought the wrong drinks which were returned and they had to redo our bill three times because they kept adding those wrong drinks to our tab. The manager herself was not particularly helpful with anything.

The place has a wide variety of stores that offers costumers broad choices of brands. It is continuously growing and opening more stores. I have also experienced a situation where i have to deal with security and they were very helpful. The mall does not have a food court however, there is a wide selection of restaurants located in the mall and nearby restaurants located within half a mile range.

American Jewelers is a joke. The owners ripped me off for $100. She gave me a gift card for her store for $100 then she decided not to honor it. She then threatened to call the cops on me for no apparent reason. That place is definitely no good. The guy at the cell phone repair booth was in on it also. Your mall needs to boot them out or I will never step foot in there again.

Some stores had nice customer service and such, but at Zumiez, a friend and I were in there and we had sat down to count money, and we were also looking at shoes and socks. One employee kept looking at us the whole time, then after probably 6 minutes or so he felt the need to make a big scene and tell us to get out of the store. It was for no reason at all.

Not bad. Tend to only go to the mall to check out certain items before I buy online. Do comparison shopping allot and sometimes find a better deal at the mall. Mall overall is clean, outdated and can get really crowded (on Sundays especially). Main isles are small and traffic flow can really be hard to follow due to people are not all going the same way.

Im not much of a mall shopper, so this place was okay for me. However, there isnt a food court to eat at (which is sort of a tradition for going to malls for me). While I enjoy the stores I go to, there are a limited amount of shops, with an even smaller variety of types. Many are clothes shops for people above middle class and below a size ten pant.

For a small town mall, it has a wide variety of retailers, in and around the surrounding area. The mall itself is clean, the retailers I have shopped at had a good selection and variety of goods for sale. The staff I have interacted with were courteous and friendly, as well as knowledgeable of their inventory. Overall a positive, place to shop.

I like the mall. There are just certain stores that dont have such good customer service. I can go to Just Sports, Foot Locker, or Finish Line and get completely ignored or very crappy attitude. I do like Journeys though. They actually greet you and are very friendly.

Came over here to visit family and it was a must to stop by the mall but I went to Finish Line , Footlocker ,Macys , and Just Sports while theres and the customer service was very good....So I would definitely go here again when I come back...

Alley Cat in the mall had an awesome sale going on, but lady who worked there was not helpful and posted sale prices were by clothes that were not on sale. Aeropostale also had great sale and stop associate was very helpful and happy.

Lots of stores here but the mall halls need an update. The roads around this mall are like a spider web. The surrounding free standing stores are varied. Dont forget to eat at Miners for their famous burger and shakes

Decent mall for a small town area. Would have liked to have seen the top floor good court filled with restaurants, but sadly they are vacant. If youre in the area, its worth stopping at for sure.

We live in The Dalles , which has no shopping and going to Portland all the time gets boring. A trip to the mall in Union Gap is a great alternative.Nice drive and plenty to do once you get there.

Its okay place to go there is shopping Macys JCPenneys however I think its a little pricey although Im not really sure if thats if its pricey or not cuz Im from Florida and this is in Washington

Its a decent mall, not very big but its clean and well situated. Theres a lot of good stores in the surrounding shopping center. More than you would expect for its location.

Large free parking area around the complex. Easy to get to and leave. Small food court upstairs. Multiple other stores near by. Multiple restaurants near by.

Good location. Decent selection of popular department stores. Not very big and upstairs has several closed vendors but Im usually able to find what I need.

Kinda like a Rapture Mall. No people, or Life in that place. They seriously need to get the food court going, and add some trendy stores.

Its great and live that its expanding, but upstairs, its empty. Whats going to be upstairs and is there going to be a food court again?
