There is no better Computer Repair business than PC TECH! Yesterday was my second visit to this Company. A few months ago, I brought my computer there for repair. when I took it to them, it wouldnt even "Boot Up". When I left, it was like I had a brand new computer. I expected to pay much more than they charged me. To say that I was happy is a vast understatement! Yesterday, I brought my phone in with a slim hope that they could help me, since computer repair is their main business. Boy, was I wrong. Again, I was incredibly surprised, because I left with my phone working as it did when I first got it. And again, the price for my phone repair was much less than I expected. I highly recommend PC TECH for your computer repair or upgrade. Even if you dont live in The Valley, it is worth the trip from anywhere in the Los Angeles area. I have never been so happy with ANY business. The staff is very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I cant say enough about how pleased I am that I found PC TECH! I will never even entertain the thought of bringing my computer anywhere else, and I am sure that you will feel the same way.

Very impressed with my experience at PC Tech: prompt repair, honest price & friendly service. I took my laptop in for surgery because the fan broke so it began overheating and shutting down. I expected to purchase a new part and wait the standard 2-3 business days for delivery, however, they were able to fix the problem without ordering any additional parts! (There was a fair amount of dust and 2 pieces of broken hinges found that were stopping the fan.) My hinges were also repaired during my computers hospital visit. My laptop was up and running within an hour for pick up. The technician was knowledgeable, patient and professional. I value hassle-free, friendly, reliable service, and this is what I felt I received. This really couldnt of been a better first-time experience. I would definitely return, as well as recommend them to other people.

No one could help me with my computer. Four trips to the "Geek Squad" at Best Buy got zilch. "Cant be done," they said. Two other attempts with "experts" also produced negative results. I gave up. Then I found Eman in Craigslist, gave him a call, and he said he could help. His plan and explanation made more sense than anything I had heard, so I made the journey to his place of business (long trip). Eman was courteous, kind, very patient (he explained everything and gave me choices), and his effort was quick and solved the numerous problems I had. The man took the word "vice" out of service and put a big smile on my face. The travel time was well worth it, and in the process of solving my problems I feel that I have made a friend. The place to go for all your PC needs I have had a relationship with the store since 2006. I was introduced to Eman by a friend of mine where the store is located in Van Nuys. Since that time, My experience with them and his technicians has been outstanding. The store provides quality workmanship at reasonable prices, and repair work is completed in a timely manner. Eman is concerned that you understand how your computer works and that your requirements are met. Speaking with him and his technicians has been an educational experience. I live in Burbank and if I have any computer problems, the expertise of the store is definitely worth the trip. But if the trip isnt convenient, Eman is just a phone call away. The PC Tech REPAIR store is the place to go!!!!!

Absolutely the best computer repair shop in the Valley. Eman (the owner) and Fred are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I had two issues/problems and brought my computer to PCTECH each time. On both occasions, the problem was identified within minutes, the required repairs meticulously explained in detail and in laymans terms. The cost to make the repairs was very reasonable/fair and explained up front. Wouldnt consider bringing my computer with my critical data, photos, videos, music and programs anywhere else. Stop searching for a computer repair place. THIS IS IT!

TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE!!! These guys know what they are doing. THEY WORK ON PC AND MAC. I brought my macbook pro in to install a new solid state hard drive and update my OS. Upon arrival, I was asked what I wanted to use my Macbook for. I told them I was interested in getting recording software and using my macbook as a DAW workstation. They knew exactly how to update my macbook to do exactly what a i need it to do and run smoothly. They were done working on it after a day. Very quick, very knowledgable, relatively low prices, and very friendly. This is the place to take your Mac or PC. Hands down.

The service here is absolutely wonderful these guys are fast and know exactly what theyre doing. By far I had the best experience working with them more so than any Apple Store or other computer shop in town. These guys did a same day deal for me and I brought in an outdated Apple Computer and by the evening it is now running as fast and as powerful as the brand new MacBook Pro that cost up to $5,000! These guys are willing to work with your budget I could not be happier with their service. You looking for bang for your buck? Do not look any further. You arent going to get a better deal than these guys.

The Best Little Place in the Valley. The owner is a JACK of all trades! I felt like we were good friends the moment I walked in. If you need repairs on your computer....This is a one stop place! Fast, thorough, affordable. I go to school, I want to recommend him to the whole campus! Price is fair, they are direct, honest, and caring. I want to break my laptop just to go in again! PCTech always comes through for me. They know what theyre doing, theyre patient with my lack of computer tech knowledge, and their prices are very reasonable. Whenever I have a problem with my computer, they are the first people I call and their service is fast and reliable. These are just good, smart people who take pride in their work. ive gotten 3 computers from Emon. all worked as he said they would... And when I Told him I Broke my lap top screen. he said "Bring it in Michael Ill take care of it for you! ":) A very Gental soul And makes you feel at home. And the price is exelant. I live on a budget And Emon worked with me to get me this Lap Top. I Am greatfull To have found this Gem Of A PC Tech. No matter where I lived in the LA Area? I Would I would make the journey to come here. I Totaly trust Emon and his team!
