Malibu, Los Angeles and Santa Monica Computer repair is so much fun. I had a big problem with one of the workstations on my business network. I found a fake anti-virus computer program. It wanted me to click on its icon and sign up for the its software. I recognized it was a trap and did not click on it. I uninstalled it. However the damage was done. My workstation was infected. I could not boot into Windows.I called Carlos of No Sweat Computer Consultants and asked him to come over right away. He was in my office within 60 minutes.He fixed the Windows boot problem in my office. He finished the job overnight in his office and returned my workstation the next day after killing about 50 viruses to include a number of rootkits.One of the viruses was the Google Redirect Virus. This means when you click on a Google Search Engine result the virus takes you to a website of its choosing, not the one you wanted.The viruses damaged one of my mission critical, proprietary, industry specific programs that needs the server to operate. No Sweat coordinated with technical support and fixed the problem. My workstation is now clean of all of its nasty viruses, spyware and rootkits. It is faster than before. No Sweat was efficient, more than technically competent and taught me the type of behavior I should avoid to prevent a repetition of the problem. Besides Carlos was nice, easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the repair process. I am a new client of No Sweat but I very highly suggest you call them without reservation.

(love their name) I have had so many other computer companies take too long and charge too much, Carlos made it easy for me, really. I am not a computer wizard but could not survive in this competitive world without my computer. I am a entertainer entering my senior years where timing is everything. I found Carlos extremely competent, intelligent, and ethical. His service was more than reasonably priced. He was youthful and energetic.Carlos saved me $438.95 on computer service. He also soothed my frustration and calmed my nerves over my badly infected laptop. Carlos removed 1280 malware from my computer. Thats right,I said 1,280 viruses! If I could give No Sweat 10 stars I would. The owner, Carlos, goes out of his way to help and he is extremely knowledgeable. Carlos was the only person out of all the tech guys I spoke to at different companies who actually had a conversation with me. In fact, he even tried for free to help me isolate the technical issue over the phone to avoid me having to bring my PC in. Needless to say, when he determined that it was a hardware problem, I took my computer to him and he promptly fixed it at a very reasonable price. Carlos always tries to figure out a way to keep the price down without compromising his excellent service. I was also impressed with his support team and the overall great customer service. But Carlos is truly the stand out and I can understand why his customers think so highly of him. He always honors his commitments and warranties. That in itself is amazing compared to other computer repair shops. Carlos and his staff are really nice, caring, ethical people who have a passion for computers. His attitude is always relax, I can take care of it. And believe me he can.

PC Repair Santa Monica and Los Angeles- I’ve been a client of No Sweat Computer Consultants for over 13 years. Recently I allowed one of my friends to use my computer. The resulting viruses made Windows XP unusable. Programs displayed random errors. No Sweat !!! responded immediately to my call for help. Eventually Carlos of No Sweat !!! had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall Windows, my programs and restore my data. This was all down within 24 hours. No Sweat came to my rescue, again!
