Roger is a genius. He was amazing today and fixed my router problem remotely and within 3 minutes! Several years ago I purchased a Netgear router from Frys, Yesteday, the router portion stopped workinging. This means that all of my wireless computers and TVs, etc would not connect to the internet. And although it is covered by the Frys warranty, I could not get their tech support to help...and last time this happened, I had to spend 5 hours talking with India! This time, I called Roger....and after explaining the problem, he logged into my desktop computer remotely, and within 3 minutes (honestly), Roger fixed the problem! Amazing! Although we have purchased all of our PCs from Roger, I didnt buy the router from him and didnt expect him to help me. But, he did - and he fixed it immediately - he is amazing!.

One day, my computer decide to stop working, I lookup online to find the computer repair services close to where I live, and I found R-tech, with a few great reviews from yelp and yahoo. I called them up, Roger and his co-worker (Tim) fix my computer right away, resolved a few problems, after a few months, I have R-tech to set up a new machine for my work, since I have so many drives and kinda complicated setup request to them from the old machine to the new machine. Roger and his team did a detail job to get the new machine working exactly the way I wanted it. After I pickup the machine from them, within hours, my new machine is working smooth and fast. I will use R-tech for my next purchase. I am glad I find them in the area with great services. More important, reliable services.

Around 1997, I first heard about R-Tech from a Frys salesman who gave me a tip that R-Techs prices were lower than Frys. I have used R-Tech ever since. They provide the five computers I use in my office and the six computers I use at home. Unlike Newegg or the other big internet suppliers, I can pick up the phone or drop Roger a line and pick Rogers brain about any software or hardware issue, and his level of help is just as helpful and consistent when I have not bought anything for two years as it is when I have just purchased three systems. His shop stands behind every system he sells. Whether you are a seasoned technogeek or newbie whos buying your kid a system, you cant make a better buying decision than to choose R-Tech.

I wish there were a way to download the knowledge of all things computer in Rogers brain to mine. I have called him with many a problem and he has never failed to resolve them quickly and easily. Knowing I have Roger in my corner is as important to me as having Norton Internet Security. He built my first computer over 10 years ago and has since built a second one for me with upgrades. I have purchased both hardware and software from him and hes always taken the time to answer any questions I may have, even to the point of tutoring. If you need anything that has to do with computers, youve found the right place in R-Tech!

I have been using R-Tech Computers, Inc. for all my computer care problems for over 10 years. They are always there for me and have handled all my problems, either by coming out to our home, connection into my computer to check out problems and correct them, or I will take my equipment out to their store. I also buy needed parts and accessories for my computers when needed. The service at R-Tech is GREAT!! Roger really knows his stuff and has helped me with many a computer mess! When others said my hard drive was completely fried he was able to get it to spin long enough to save all my files and thats just one example!! I have had them access my computer remotely many times as well as have them to my home and office. Really great service, staff and pricing. I have recommended them to many of my friends and colleague :-)

For about 7 years now, I have been taking all of my computer needs to R-Tech. The owner and tech staff are very courteous and helpful. I didnt feel like I was getting the run around like I have at other service centers. They have been very patient with my questions whether they were about software that I wanted to purchase or service I needed for my computers. Roger is a stand up guy, My laptop needed a power supply that he didnt have for sale but he let me borrow his bench power supply until Ive ordered one , it took mine almost 3 weeks to come from chine, he would not accept any money for the lender, even though I offered.
