The service in the copy-printing department is terrible. I waited 20 minutes while the man took a personal phone call. Our eyes met, he turns away. After 15 minutes I went to look for something else, came back- he was still on the phone ignoring another customer. They need to close this store or change managers- you could hear the guys talking all across the store.

Online chat service does not work. They could not tell me if my local store had the ink cartridge in stock or even provide me with their phone number. Web site does not even provide the phone number under your store details. Finally, had to Google it.

A great place to purchase office supplies. However, they sometimes dont have the items you need. The store is very clean and well organized. The staff are very helpful. They always approach you to ask if you need assistance.

Yes they are friendly and are available for questions. I just never find the supplies I need. I have to end up going to another staples not so close to me to find the items I need. Wish they stocked up more.

Messed up my brothers file lady was too busy to print another made me fix it will charging me 2 dollars to do so dont come go to office depot instead if possible I would give no stars
