I called and tried to explain the issue with my Surface Pro (overheating). Right off the bat, the young woman who answered was unfriendly. She literally hung up on me after I told her that I would repeat my explanation when asked "so what is it that you need exactly?" in a very abrupt tone. I ended up going to Best Buy and spending money to get it fixed, though it is still under manufacture warranty. There are no excuses for rudeness especially when dealing with customers who are friendly to start with. No more Microsoft products for me as much as I can avoid them. Rather hard with so much monopoly on the market.

I would love to give this place a higher rating because the staff here has always been extremely helpful when I could get a hold of them, but they definitely need more than just a little kiosk to really compete with the TWO different apple stores in the Galleria and Americana. They also just dont have that many products available for people to try out and use compared to the apple stores. Regardless, if youre looking for any micorosoft products, this is the place to go.

Located inside the mall in a kiosk, not a traditional storefront, the staff at the Microsoft Store was extremely helpful the last time I stopped by. Normally, kiosk shops do not seem to hire people with anything more than a very basic knowledge of their product. Thats not the case here. I got ton of helpful information and it was all explained in a friendly, precise manner.

Ive purchased a couple computers from this location and the service is hit or miss. I came in Sunday morning (7/16l17) to replace part of a charger and they were still setting up their kiosk 10 min after opening. The woman who I spoke with wasnt making eye contact and wasnt interested in helping me. Today was definitely a miss.

I tried calling them numerous times to make sure they have a surface pro 3 in stock so I could get a replacement. Everytime I called them it took me to their corporate office. So when I drove all the way over here and they told me they werent in stock I was about to slit his throat.

Bought a laptop, they threw in a tablet. I didnt buy a Microsoft, since it seemed expensive for what I was getting. Got a foldable Dell, and thus far its a great little computer. The salesman was decent and didnt try to pressure me in to buying something I didnt want or need.

I walked into the Microsoft Store yesterday needing help converting DVD videos into files that I could online. The rep I had was Joshua Mitchell. This guy was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable, and handled my situation perfectly. Give this guy a raise!

I came here to get an accessory for my surface, and had a great experience. Tommy was very friendly and helped me to easily get what I needed. While this store is a kiosk, it has a solid selection.

Not a real store. Just a stand inside the mall but they do warranty replacements here which was surprising the staff was cool and didnt give much trouble in replacing a defective item
