This place gets 5 STARS for their customer service (VICK)!, so basically I was in the area picking up my son from the local high school and I saw the PC-Medics sign for PC and Virus removal. Sense my work is 90% laptop/travel it takes a beating. VICK took care of my virus and even put a little extra BOOOOAST!!!! Thanks VICK, your awesome. All the guys from work are coming down to PC MEDICS for any computer issue they have from now on!!!!

Found this place during a festival on Chatsworth...I had a problem with my laptop and since this was sooo convenient to my house i brought my computer here for repair and it was actually awesome. the guy was friendly and he got my computer working the same day i needed it just in time for my project. so these guys get 5 stars on my part, ill be coming here for my computer needs.

I took in my computer for repair because it kept shutting off without warning. PC Medics offered to fix it for a fraction of Geek Squads price and it only took them 2 days! I was very pleased and I am happy to say it has been working without any hiccups ever since I brought it back home.

My Dell laptop feel just a few inches, but still managed to push its on/off button and a USB port in. The other estimates I received were around $250 but 911 fixed if for $50 and in just 3 days. Its fine 6 months later so I would give them 5 stars. Stephen

Ive called this place to try and get a quote at least 10 times but its just an automated message saying "sorry were experiencing high call volume" and I get hung up on. I guess this is a scam.
