Ive been a customer of Unitek in Encino for four years and I think its got the best service and sales group in the Valley (I havent found anything comparable on the West Side either). Knowledgable staff and good prices as well as quick service turnaround times. If I have a choice, I choose Unitek.

Super helpful people. They showed me a few choices about upgrading my macbook pro and then I was able to choose the right one. I then shopped around to find a better deal and they also ended up having the best prices. I couldnt ask for more. I have now replaces unitek with the apple store.

I was referred to Unitek by the Apple store after my hard drive crashed in my macbook pro. I took my laptop in the next morning for service and had it back before the end of the day. That was easy! Uniteks prices were much more competitive than the apple store which was a plus.
