Store employee, Jennifer, working the Print and Copy area gained a Staples customer from Office Depot and I will recommend to everyone. When I initially was standing in line she was helping one employee and had the ability to multitask by taking initiative to ask me what I needed while the person she was checking out was gathering their money to pay. After she finished with that customer she continued to help me get my poster print ordered throughly and explaining everything I would need to know. She showed me a sample of how the poster would look since Staples equipment needed to be laminated, she showed me how my photo would look on a larger scale, she advised me my photo would look better on a size a few inches smaller than what Office Depot was going to do and she advised it would be completed one hour later. I did not mention to her I needed my poster same day she took it upon herself to get the job done fast and without error. She was very friendly and professional a model employee to have as a representative for Staples.

Severely understaffed store, and its always a mess too (morning, noon, evening). I asked about the price of a chair to one of the cashiers and they sent for someone to assist me over the speakers but no one ever came. I used my phone to look up the prices instead, and the cashier brought me the chair. Nice staff, but just sad how understaffed this place is.
