Beware of this grocery outlet! This isnt the 1st time Ive brought home a deli item that has been spoiled, Im thinking due to being left without refrigeration too long to be safe and also where packaging has been tampered with and/or seals broken. I decided to take the product back-which was not convenient, but I was thinking my husband got sick due to spoiled yogurt. Then to have the cashier and the Management make an embarrassing spectacle when you produce your receipt and item for an exchange or refund to your credit card like it was my fault that Id made the stuff curdle! Having the customer give name, phone-written on on 2 forms while 4 people lining up to watch them act like I was a pain in the ass for having the nerve to ask; they both shake some refunds policy in my face. No apologies that someone in my family was sick from it...theyre like prove it! I think this store takes advantage of people who shop there because theres not a Whole Foods or Trader Joes in town...not that they could afford them; I mean we shop at Rainbow Grocery because they cant afford a lawyer to sue them for bad salmonella chicken and expired cookies! Keep in mind the products that are actually good deals are also available on the shelves down the street for half the price at the 99cent store; this store is also on 11th street and has better produce. Im wondering how many people have been rushed to the ER after ingesting twice thawed bargain market frozen food and deli products! I gave this one star because theres no negative ones.

Yo estaba adentro de la tienda grocery oulet y un caballero regresaba una sandia que habia comprado pero al partirla estaba enala condicion pero lo mas ridiculo de la situacion es que los depwndientes y la administradora le piden identificacion y anotarlo en un libro de record por que son polizas de la gerencia eso es lo mas estupido que yo he oido.yo personalmente he regresado cosas de mucho mas valor y jamas me han pedido identificacion que bajesa de tienda y personal

What can I say, I love this place. You have to take it at face value to appreciate what it is. Prices of Walmart, selection of a interesting specialty grocery store, can act as an in lieu convience store or one stop shop when needed. Great place to grab random items and a serious reduced price (such as protein powder, shampoo, cheese) Pros: Some items are serious steals (i.e cheese, protein powder, select wines and beers, hygienic products and vitamins, yogurt and deli meats) Carry a selection of products, so dont always have to go to multiple stores Have some fun finds and rare finds (flax milk, Famous Daves Bread, Crest Glamorous White toothpaste) Carry fundamental staples Cons: not all items are less than a grocery some items are only temporary damaged goods

I have been shopping at the Tracy Grocery Outlet for more than a decade. The quality of what they carry is 99.9% of the time wonderful. There have only been two instances that I got bad food. They willingly took it back. All the staff there are very kind and helpful. I make this store my first stop, then whatever I couldnt find there, I will get at a higher priced store.

The store went under construction and has approved a million times better. It is wonderful place to get discounted food/wine(my favorite). The service their is friendly and the owners are fabulous kind people. They sponsored my daughter for NAM. It is also a poke stop where people can stop to get snacks and water, you arent spending a fortune to get these items.

One of the reasons I moved to Tracy from San Jose. I needed continuity, like the Grocery outlet, I used to live next to in San Jose.. When I heard there was one here, I was happy I moved to Tracy. Its weird I know, but it was psychological I guess.. I like the prices, atmosphere and everything about it. Better since they had a renovation last year.

They have new owners that really turn the place around.....clean, update shelf items, nice staff...only complaint is they had only one cashier and she did not help pack my food, she just moved on to the next person. I understand being busy but you need to finish one before moving to the next.

The new owners have sure cleaned up the store, so organized,clean,and easy to shop! The new owner is also very cute! Makes shopping there a pleasure!

Items I can use are cheaper than other markets. Convenient store and lots of parking spaces. The clerks are very friendly & helpful.

Worst grocery store in Tracy. Go another block or 2 to Safeway if you want overpriced items and youll at least get fresh produce.
