My family and i love Petes coffee so much that between us all we drink 7 or 8 cups a day! We end up with coffe cards from all over town. Today i tried to use one of my many full coffee cards and was told by the lady that rang me up That they would no longer take cards from me! Then i was Greeted by two managers who basically called me a lier and treated me like a criminal! They talked To me like i was trash and told me i couldnt use my cards any more because i had to many! So beware Petes coffee lovers! If you drink to many instead of bieng rewarded with a freebie..they Will embarrass you and treat you like a criminal!! Thanks for nothing jerks!

I had a very bad experience in this store. I used the restroom and found it to be so filthy that I did not feel comfortable shopping in the store. I have used cleaner gas station restrooms. It begs the question, if the restroom is this filthy, what else is nasty in the store? What does the meat department look like behind the scenes? If they cant keep the public area of the store clean, what else DOESNT get cleaned?

The customer service sucks!! Unless you go in shopping in a suit and tie the employees especially management will treat you like you are lesser than them and make you feel like you should be at a food bank . I have lived in Elk Grove all my life and this Bel Air is the worst. Cashiers will treat you the same . Im disgusted with the lack of good customer service!!

Of course its Bel Air, and the best. Everyone is always great, Able in the Pharmacy knows my family. Meat department is the best place to get prime cuts. And they have a (4) for (4) dessert I always get for a party. Expensive. but go there often. Quality store. I miss the one that closed on Williamson.

Been going here for years, great staff, great selection. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait at the registers, even with the self checkout. They recently made their potato wedges the same price per pound as fried chicken, which annoys me. Oh well, better for my waistline.

People who work there are always helpful & courteous. I have been going there for so many years it seems like I have watched some of them grow up from baggers to cashiers. Nice neighborhood store atmosphere.

Love the staff here. One day my card wouldnt work so was gonna leave an item behind. Got to my car and the cashier came running out and had paid for that item.

Dont buy hot foods here unless you wanna get ripped off. Chicken and potato wedges cost same amount when you scale it at register. Rediculous

The parking lot is to small and the store is to small for all the items they show in the isles. They are often out of advertised products.
