I come here all the time I live 5 mins away but I will say this there are a lot of new cashiers and most of them are very rude no "hello how are you" or anything I went there today and 1 cashier girl I dont know her name but she has red hair and wears glasses she wasnt very polite at all. She didnt ask if I wanted a plastic bag or even the paper ones and when I asked for a plastic bag she threw it and when she handed me my change she goes as she hands me my change. I went there again literally 10mins ago and another cashier guy I dont know his name he is new like he was still in grainy and he was very side also I asked for paper bags this time and he ignored me at first and then he gave me my bags with a irritated look on his face. Dealing with rude cashiers makes me not to want to come back to this store at all cause Im scared next time Im gonna be rude back I always liked coming here when a cashier lady name SICELY I think thats how you spell her name worked there but I havent seen her in a while she always made me feel welcomed and my kids loved her idk what happened to her but your new employee need to work on their customer service

The selection is minimal. The service is lacking. I wont shop there again. I was at the register. Half of my groceries were rung up and the clerk walked away. I waited while two other customers in the lane behind me finished their purchases. I walked out. It was convenient to pick up an essential item because this is the only store in town. In the future, Ill just make sure I buy more eggs at Costco and keep my extra freezer and cupboards stocked. Its not worth the trip, the time to wait in line or the risk with the homeless and others hanging around the parking lot asking for money, eyeing your purse and strangers approaching you trying to sell tamales.

Worst experience at a grocery store, service gets poorly on a daily basis. Im in line, behind me man in wheelchair struggling to reach his items in cart. Checkers just staring at him like their inconvenienced. Then a girl bigger walking by him and staring without even a care. I helped him while he was shopping so he was in need. Im ashamed to have no choice shopping there. The worst grocery store shopping experience of my life.

Its usually a convenient place to shop and the employees are friendly. Last night after a long day of work, it was a bummer to have a rude cashier. I get that she might not want to be there late, but I didnt want to be there either. No smile, no hello. I needed a bag and she just threw it after I paid (didnt ask). You cant miss her. She had pink hair. Go to another line if you can...

Its alright for quick grabs at a cheap price but produce and meats are a bit substandard.There are not alot of the high end meat cuts like New York or filet but plenty of the tougher meat cuts like london broil. Its like they get what Raleys/Bel Air reject.

The manager who was working last night with short brown hair and is tall is by far the worst manager I have ever dealt with at any store. She should be ashamed of herself the way she treats customers!! Horrible experience.. I will never go back!!

Not so great the lady was too busy talking to the customer behind me in Spanish I didnt get an item I requested which were cigarettes the cash back money she forgot to give me but I will say your butcher was really nice he helped me quite a bit

Its your typical low end grocery store, always clean, but customer service depends on the day and who you talk to. While they have some good deals really check the prices before you buy, some of the stuff they carry is way overpriced.

Great little neighborhood grocery store. It has pretty much everything you need and often some really good deals. Its a sister store to Raleys. I will many times go here rather than another less expensive store.

If you like to wait in huge lines with not enough cashiers, this is the place for you! Other than that its location is convenient but selection isnt so great
