Been here plenty of times and for the most part always found what I was looking for being paint, plumbing supplies or just some tools. But this time I checked on line for a Allen Key set before heading out and walking aimlessly down the aisles. You know looking for something specific and when you get home you realize, ooh I forgot to get it Dam!! Well I saw the item was in stock and wrote the sku number down cause I didnt want to buy anything I had to return. Glad I wrote the number down cause there was plenty of items like the one I was looking for. Overall a decent store with sales on many home items saw some cookers and grills end of season deals. Checkout was a breeze, I can go either way self check out or if no line have a real person check me out.

Greeted by everyone with an Orchard shirt on. I was given excellent directions to the products I was looking for. The reason for the 3 stars? I was asked my name by an employee. I just wanted to find light bulbs. Why do they need my name? I felt uncomfortable with being asked that. My first thought was he wanted to ask for a date. Then he announced my name over the radio so that everyone else now knew my name, and what for? This reeks of invasion of privacy. I will not be shopping at OSH anymore. To top it off, he then attempted to strong arm me into signing up for their OSH club. This encounter reminded me of the people who used to bother people at the airport. No Thanks!

This place gets a 5-star for the supremely fantastic service I got on my visit. Not only did the place have tons of employees, all of the ones I interacted with were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and had a fantastic sense of humour. Not to mention, the location is so convenient and the store is huge! I didnt even expect Manhattan to have a Orchard Supply Hardware, but it looks like this one covers most needs. Im not much of a Home Depot-y person, but I would go again just for the cool people.

Orchard at South Pasadena its an excellent place to do all your shopping for your garden an appliance for your kitchen bathroom and also large selection of tools great customer service excellent knowledge and all products the whole staff friendly with a smile I highly recommend this store for all your convenience of your needs for home and your garden.

I have come here almost every weekend when we were doing alot of work on our new place. I would say they have great staff and a lot of inventory for the size of store. Not really a lumber solution but a great home and Garden place for the basics for DIY and Home improvements

OSH has changed a lot in the past years. The overhead lighting is darker and the garden area has less of a variety. I purchased lots of custom blended paint here. The staff in the painting department was always knowledgeable and helpful.
