Went to get a key made and had to wait for the male clerk to finish reading about why someone gets gray hair to his female coworker. Then after he was done he preceded to try and pull out gray hair of the female coworker why she was trying to make my key. Unprofessional, who manages these employees?

I called for a lock pick set which there web site says they carry.. But they do not.. And the people on the phone are well lets just say curious. Just do your damn job and sell the product or get it off your website I would give this place is zero if I could.
