I wish I could give them 0 stars as I have NEVER been treated so poorly.. The way they run this place is completely unorganized. I reserved a Dodge Durango on Dec 29th and requested for it to be transferred to this carmax as I was going to buy it (I was absolutely in love with the car). I spoke to Emilio who said the car was in transit to this carmax and he would call me when it got to the dealership. He said it would only take a couple of days. I called on Jan 2nd and asked when the car would be here and they said it was on its way and they would call. I waited till today Jan 4th and still had not received a call so I called carmax and asked when the vehicle would be here. They said the could not find the transfer request or the vehicle in their database. I called Emilio and asked him what happened. He said the vehicle was sold..RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME..AFTER BEING PROMISED THE VEHICLE WAS ALREADY IN TRANSIT TO ME..then they proceeded to tell me they have lots of other vehicles I can come look at and suggested vehicles that were nothing like I wanted. I liked another Durango they had on their lot and it was only $500 more (had more miles and did not have AWD or a rear back up camera) and I asked if they would lower it $500 so it would be the same price.. they said they would not lower it as they are a no haggle dealership... Do not give your business here.. I will continue to shop at hansel ford from now on. (I regret giving carmax the benefit of the doubt)

Bought a truck in January 2017. Still dont have liesence plates. Was told today I have to go to dmv to figure it out. This was after months of calling to find out. Also STAY AWAY from their service center. Their work has costed me over 2k to get fixed by another mechanic. They replaced my turbo which leaked, my pinion seal which leaked, the timing seal which leaked, my third break light, well you get the idea. It has spent more time in the shop than I have driven it. Like I told Jennifer today who works at the office, my only regret was purchasing from them.

Totally disorganized establishment. We were on time for our appointment and the salesperson was half an hour late with no explanation or warning. Their verification system does not always work, and we were asked rather suspiciously to show online banking information to verify funds. Our salesperson did not know how to use the computer program and tried to put false info into it multiple times rather than using it correctly. We were there for 4 hours before finally leaving with the car.

The new way to buy a car is here. Select from their lot or online. If you find one online that you think you will love, they will ship it to the local lot for a modest fee. Cars are clean, detailed, with a Carfax on each. Nice! But...no chance to haggle a price. Not ok for hagglers, great for those who love to pay full price. Almost perfect.

Unbelievable test drove multiple cars, while on a test drive and in the car I wanted to purchase. It was sold while on a test drive. Seriously???? Waste of time theres always some catch at car dealerships, dont let the fool you there just like the rest. Dont waste your time. However Angela was amazing!

Ive found you can get better offers from dealers if you need to sell a car (I have, one to the tune of 16k more from the dealer), and you can find cars to buy for cheaper. Its good for the convenience I guess, but I would not recommend them unless the only car you want you can only find from them.

I had repairs done here. There service department was great! They may have laughed a bit when I tried to mimic the sound of the noise coming from my car! The service department communicated what I should expect and followed through. Repair was completed timely.
