Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. There was a car they had listed that I was interested in purchasing so I figured why not go take a look at it and hopefully buy a car and support a local business, upon arrival I was immediately disappointed. The car was absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, moss, and all other kinds of filth. Opened the car up to find the interior in about the same condition, dirty and it even had some weird white junk all over the rear seats. At this point I was discouraged, but nevertheless still wanted to take a better look at the car, and maybe a test drive. A salesman approached after I had been looking at the car for about 5 minutes, and informed us of its "low price" which was well above the KBB value, was due to the heater being bypassed, something that was left out of the sale ad. At this point I was already feeling like I had been lied to. So I started asking about common issues that the cars tend to have and the sales person seemed to get frustrated and started to argue with me, claiming that the owner of the business worked for that company for x amount of years and never heard such issues. I told him that it was common and asked if he had any paperwork of the cars maintenance history, he then said no, got angry, got out of the car, shut the door on it quite hard and said "well thats the price, if you want to buy it its here" and then stormed back into the building. I have never been talked to like that by any professional sales representative, and am amazed at how they are able to sell cars based on the condition they have them on their lot for.

When I started considering a new vehicle, I asked my friends who to go to. I was surprised to find that most everyone I know has been getting their cars from Elisha Kimbrell for many years. All gave him great reviews, and he did not disappoint. We told him what we were looking for and our price range, and he found just what we needed. He knew much more than I expected about all of the vehicles we were considering. He was able to talk my wife and I through each of our wants and needs and through some of the misconceptions we had. I was relieved to have such an expert to help prioritize what we needed most. We got way more for our money that we expected. Needless to say we love our SUV. When we do need another vehicle he has our business.
