DONT GO TO CAR HOP!!!! Im paying a total of $9000+ on a POS 98 Dodge that has broke down TWICE in one month! 4 and 28 days after financing the vehicle. I paid out of pocket for an ignition fuse that cost me 100.00 and now Im going to be paying for whatever reason why the stupid thing wont turn over. Oh yeah, PLUS TOWING!! THEY DO NOT PAY FOR TOWING!!! Not only that, I was LIED to!!!! I was told that the car had a MASS amount of repairs done to it. What repairs? Fixing the ignition switch and a tumbler is not a mass amount of repairs!!!! The Bremerton location will lie to you again and again! I was told that my only two options are to pay for the repairs on the vehicle or pay for the towing of the car back to Car Hop. Wow! So, I guess they refuse to offer me a more reliable car as thats not an option for me. Theyve got broke down cars with high mileage. It makes you wonder where their cars come from! If you have an extra 500-1000 per month laying around, then go ahead and get a car from Car Hop. Prepare to spend $$$$ extra money for repairs, plus your monthly payment, and your insurance. Others have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. DONT BUY!!!!

The branch manager over there is a real nice guy. So nice when he saw my wife walked up he took his ring off and put on his other finger. We asked the guy a number of questions concerning the car we were interested in buying and he couldnt answer anything over the phone. He just insisted that we come in. After an hour of his bs he tells me and my wife we arent approved for a loan because our addresses arent the same on our ids. I just feel like he couldve said that over the phone instead of me taking off from work early and driving 1 hour for him to run my credit which I told him it was already bad.

My family was greeted the day before on Dec. 28 for the pre approval process. Very friendly atmosphere, talkative, and comfortable inside with the freezing weather outside. The next day is when we started looking for a vehicle which we got very kind help with many different options and sizes of vehicles. And we found the one, an expedition 2003!! All the paperwork was worth it because the employees helped us through it and kept us company after hours. Such great people, definitely repeat customers. Thank you guys! Really helpful and great, Kelly worked with me to get the car I wanted with the financing I need to make my credit goals. The warranty is a really strong selling point, as is their ongoing customer care. Also the payment plan is penalty-free if you want to make larger-than-scheduled payments. A really good down-to-earth experience. The car may or may not have some issues, but theres a 7-day money back guarantee and they were fine with writing them into the contract right off the bat. With a very rocky credit, I was walking into car hop with huge question mark. Today 2/27/16, I learned alot of new things, one of them is pay ur credit cards on time, another is that, there are still sales people out here that helps. Kelly and Trevor at car hop seattle made my vehicle shopping easy, very understanding, great listners, and most of all they explain everyyhing, and the go over it again. Thank you for helping a single mom out! They work hard to find me a deal with my bad credit put me into a nice 2001 Chevy Tracker same day I walked in, running great had 1 issue with timing belt but took care of the cost with warranty department Trever gave a deal on my payment the week it was being worked on due to parts sent from dealership, other than that very hard working with customers and got me and my kids off the bus I highly recommend if you have credit issues.

car hops methods are crazy expensive! they tried to charge me 7000 for a car that was kbb at less the 1,000. when i asked the sales men for a break down of all the charges and numbers he told me " you wanna see numbers i have some interesting numbers and told me how in debt i was x amount of dollars" then when i got up to leave he told my brother and i we were dumb! this company is HORRIBLE i wouldnt send my worst enemy to buy a car from them.

The manager at this location, Trevor, is incredible! I had been in back in March and was turned down. The rep Kelly at that time wasnt very helpful. I did what the finance company requested and came back in today. She was no longer here and Trevor went above and beyond in order to get me in a sweet ride. Thanks Trevor! If you have issues and want to build your credit back, this is the place to go!

Trevor (the manager) and Kelly (the sales associate) are amazing. I walked in with nothing and they worked with me till they were able to get me a nice car. Low payments, low down payment, fast and friendly service. Yes the interest is higher than I want but my credit isnt good and everyone else would either deny me or double their rate. If you have bad or no credit this is the place for you.
