I bought two new Acuras from these people, and in spite of having cash in hand, had to endure the most juvenile, inane sort of dodging and weaving, changed stories, denial that theyd said what theyd said, and weeks of delay. Were I not buying on behalf of a friend from out of state, I would have walked away the first time and never returned for the second. When they began the hard sell for their $1500 Supreme Wax Job to protect the paint from UV rays on the second sale, I told them to stop the foolishness or I WOULD walk out, and stood up. After that, they behaved the way youd hope honest adults might, though they did insist that they should fill out their performance report to Acura USA, "To make it easier for me." Im not sure why some car dealers feel the need to behave like they assume their customers are gullible idiots, but I will never go back to them, and the internet (filtered for intelligence and sincerity) provides at least some idea of what we might expect to face. Thats good.

Best customer service Ive ever experienced! I had the whole Tonkin Team helping me through out my entire process. Where to start... Ray thank you so much for all of your help. Very personable and helpful, made the test dive for my girlfriend and I very enjoyable as he showed great knowledge of the car and answered all of our questions we had about the car. They even let us try the car for the night before buying to insure that we were positive we wanted to purchase it! Adam,Pat and Bryce your contributions along with Rays really made us feel like we were being taken care of and made us feel like V.I.P. valued customers. At the end of the day I have never been so happy with my purchase of a car and want to thank the entire Tonkin Fiat team for all of your hard work in making my and my girlfriends car buying experience one of the best we have ever had!

These guys are just money minded; we went in to buy a car and there was this other couple who were looking at the same car. Our salesman did guarantee that its first come first serve so if we work out a deal with them, then the car is ours. 5 mins after that, the other couple put a downpayment and secured the car. We wasted all our time driving all the way from Seattle! So these guys are liars and dont keep up their word, Find a better dealer. The only positive things out of all this is we got a better car at a better price from another dealer which is running really well. So I guess we were lucky...

We purchased a 2005 Acura MDX from Ron. This is a one owner car in excellent condition - Ron took time to go over the car options with me in detail prior to the purchase and following the sale. I realized after buying the car that I had left property in a rental car - Ron drove to the rental car office and picked up the property for me. Im impressed and although we dont buy cars frequently, Ron would be my first choice when we do start to look for a new car. Pros: Very helpful before AND after sale - impressed by Ron Cons: No movement on price, but feel the purchase was fair.
